I had delayed In writing this review hoping that the company would at least try to come back to me for the awful service it provided me and my family. I used them for a family Umrah in Easter 2019. What we had been promised and what we received was very, very different. We paid for meals on Pegasus Airline flight but the airline said we had not booked meals so we paid a lot of money to feed out kids on the flight. We have not received a refund. The accommodation in Makkah, Hilton Towers Villas was very, very bad. Sheraz with cheaphajjandumrah promised it was five star. It was not even a one star property. It is NOT a part of the Hilton Hotel. It is a privately run annex. The room was dirty, the beds were broken and the bathroom was wet, small and smelly. We were told that there would be separate sleeping areas for the men and the women - there was not. We were told there was a kitchen area - again, this was a lie. My brother and nephew had to sleep for 4 nights in the hallway outside the room on small armchairs. The checking in at 3am was so bad that the people did not arrive until almost 6am. My 78 year old mother had to sleep on an arm chair after a 12 hour flight. I sent photos and videos of the bathroom and the whole dirty, smelly bedroom and of my family members sleeping in the hall way - Sheraz did nothing. The Madinah part was ok but even then the transport was delayed and we arrived in Madina at midnight with three young children. If Sheraz from cheaphajjandumrah attempts to deny any of this, I can prove it from the WhatsApp texts and photos as I have saved them on my email account. This company has a UK telephone number but it is based in Pakistan - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF BY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING SCAM ARTISTS! When you first call the service is all very nice and they make all the promises in the world but they soon change when you have paid your money.
