the support function has been robust and fast. Services likewise.

I've had some connection issues that this firm spent some time on, educated me on network and vpn/vps issues and were always available when needed. I double paid an invoice and they've agreed to a prompt reimbursement. latencies are low and the service is more than adequate for my trading needs. I recommend them.

Excellent support helped a 75 year old man with VPS

I am 75 years old so it was a challenge for CHeapForexVPS to support me. Mostly because when I tried to configure Remote Desktop from my Windows 11 home edition is blinked red and said you have to upgrade windows 11 to pro to use remote desktop. This turned out to not be true for connecting to VPS but I was sure about this and insisted that RDC could not work from my windows 11.

I had a timelimit to set up my EA because I expected perfect conditions for my ea so I pushed for a solution.
I go help from Mandy at support and I immidiately understood she really cared and did everything to solve my problem.

She very quickly help me get access to the VPS and even uplgeoaded the ea to my account when I was not able to do this myself;

So I got support in a very friendly way that met all my expections and much more.
The icing on the cake was that I was able to make my ea get up and running in time to cash in big time accordinng to my plan.

Thanks to Mandy and CheapForexVps for helping me and I can really recomment their services and I will no doubt use them for my Ea investment strategy.
