Customer service has been excellent at every step of the way from my initial difficulties in booking to tracking the parcel and getting updates to it arriving with the lovely surprise of the extra pin. The product was great and having such a personal touch of customer service was so refreshing.

I bought a Spurs kit for my granddaughter and had it personalised. She was very pleased with the kit. It fit well, it looked good and she was especially keen on the socks which were soft and cushioned. They even added a pin to the order. The customer care team were also very good keeping me informed about my order.
