The Code CNF20* for Phone Reservation did not apply for this flight. The agent, Casey, offered me a more expensive flight through United Airlines instead. Not very marketing strategy!

It's absolutely wasteful
It's absolutely wasteful. Their customer service is trash. They hung up our phone thrice and told us to pay 200 usd by saying that the price has changed after paying. This is absolutely weird.
