DO Not Use! This is a SCAM!!

A ZERO if they had that rating! They are a SCAM!! Horrible, deceptive and extremely dishonest and rude! We booked and paid our parking reservation online and after we had to call to get a confirmation email! Upon check in we were told it would cost $7 dollars a day to park! I told them I already paid and had a reservation , we were informed that we couldn’t park if we didn’t pay again! Of course you can’t walk away, because you will miss your flight!! I called to ask for compensation and they said they would give me a $ 20 credit to use them again, NEVER!! There were also several people at this same parking facility who got the same scam deal!!

The parking lot at LGA doesn't even exist!!! I entered the address on google 127-40 Willets Point Blvd, Queens, NY and it took me to a very ugly place full of chop shops and NO parking lot! When I called for better directions, the guy just said 'google' it. There's NOTHING THERE!

I should have read the bad reviews

I should have read the reviews. Shuttle is not reliable and the shuttle does not take you to the terminal. They expect you to haul your baggage on the sky train to the airport. THEY DON'T DISCLOSE ANY of THIS WHEN YOU BOOK

Do not purchase through this app

Do not purchase through this app. You will pay extra charges both online and again when you get to the lot. Very misleading! Paid for valet and had to self park and then pay $25 cash.

Rip Off Company

I purchased parking from them saying the had shuttle service to the airport. I made my reservation, got there this morning at 3:00 AM for a 5:AM flight, there was no shuttle. There was a sign saying if the shuttle is not there in 15 mins, call this number. I called the number only to find out they only run shuttles from 7AM -10PM, not what good does that do me. That is the only airport lot without 24hr service. They stated they had shuttle service when I nade my 3AM reservation. I had to pay another $20.00 for an uber. I could of parked at the airport cheaper than this ripoff lot. Extremely low life company.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would.

I have had 2 incidents with this company. The first I booked self-parking at a lot near the airport because I did not want to valet. I get to the lot only to find out that they are valet only. I was not about to leave my car there so I booked elsewhere and called them after since I did not want to miss my flight. They only offered to refund me in Waybuck credits even though they sold the incorrect thing and later on told me that the lot can complimentary upgrade to valet without additional charge if self park was full…there was no self-park option.

The second lot I went to provided great service so I booked them a second time for another trip. Upon leaving the lot I asked for a receipt since I was given the option for one, only to look at the receipt and discover that I had paid an overage of 54 dollars. Mind you the parking lot charged $108 and I paid CAP $167. When I contacted them for the overage, I was informed that they would bot be giving the overage as the rate the lot gives them is a negotiated price so they can inturn provide customers a cheaper price than going through the company themselves. The lot advertises parking for $19/day before taxes and CAP charged me $22/day before taxes. Not to mention that CAP additionally charged me for extra taxes and fees that the lot did not charge. Their service fee was shown as 4.95 which should have been sufficient for their services but $54 dollars?!?! It is outrageous. Stay away from this company. They are deceptive.

I love the way they resolve my trouble

I love the way they resolve my trouble. I have a booking of parking for one month. I checked in and unfortunately, I cannot make our flight. I come back and leave after one night. I notified them via email with the proof of flight cancellation. They then refund the money back to us immediately. It is much appreciate which I thought I cannot get my money back. I definitely come back with them in the future,

I "reserved" and paid for parking at one sight, when we got there we were told they are full. They gave us a voucher to go to another sight 20 mins away. The driver took over 20mins to get us. We were too late to check in our bags and had to take a later and longer flight. I will never worry about saving a few bucks to park cheaper again. It is not worth it

I am a 79 yo handicapped veteran who…

I am a 79 yo handicapped veteran who booked parking at the Ramada Inn Atlanta Airport to go to CA to visit my daughter and grandson. I booked the reservation well in advance and yet when I appeared at the Ramada Inn there was a large sign taped to the front of the receptionist's counter saying that there was no shuttle service to the airport. When I booked the site it said it had shuttle service that left on the half hour.

When I saw the sign I asked the young lady on the front desk how I was supposed to get to the airport to which she replied "Our shuttle is broken and you are on your own to get to the airport." Pretty nice and compassionate wasn't she? There was an Asian couple who appeared to be around 60 yo who were also in the same predicament. I went out in front of the Ramada and found three guys in an old van smoking weed & asked them if they could get us to the airport. They said yes for $20. Rather than chance missing my flight I agreed and was taken to the airport.

When I got to CA I tried calling the Ramada Inn but no one would answer the phone. I must have called 30 times over two days and finally got through to them with the help of a guy I found who used to work there. They didn't seem to give one rat's $#*! about the problem they created for me. And when I returned, I waited in the cold (40-50F) for their shuttle which never came. I then booked an Uber and paid a porter $10 to help me get to the right pickup place. The Uber cost me $23. So I paid Way and Ramada $40 for parking and then had to spend an additional $53 to get to and from the airport. It was clearly stated that the parking included complementary shuttle service which was never provided. If the Ramada shuttle was broken, why didn't they rent a mini-van to shuttle customers i while the van was being repaired? Because that would cost them a little money and they do not care what problems they create for their customers!

And get this! The Ramada told me that they had notified Way of the shuttle problem a day or so before my reservation. Both Way and the Ramada had my contact phone # and email address. Why did neither notify me that I should book somewhere else? Because neither give a damn about the problems their customers face as long as they get paid! I have spoken to a manager at Way.com and he said they rent the spaces and it is up to the hotel to provide the shuttle service. He offered me $10 (25% of the cost for parking) which was an insult. I asked why they didn't call customers when they knew the problem existed to which he said it was not their area of responsibility.

I know I will never have anything to do with Way.com or their partner service "Cheapest Airport Parking" or the Ramada Inn in question ever again and unless you are ok with something like this happening to you, you might well think twice about doing business with any of them as well.

Dishonest and misleading

Purchased parking with 24 hour shuttle service advertised to run every 15 minutes. This was not the case, the shuttle service ran every hour, this would have made me miss my flight. Had to purchase uber transportation back and forth costing so much more in total than parking at the actual airport parking. Then when I contested the service they were sooooo rude, dismissive, and outright lied, saying they only guaranteed parking and not shuttle service. I spent so much time on the phone trying to get my refund, all they did was run in circles. These people are dishonest stick to long term airport parking it will be cheaper and you will avoid the stress of dealing with people who are dishonest.

Watch out!

Watch out! The hidden “tax” is more than 100%: Total $29 shown -> $62 actual.
I noticed they only pre-authorized part of it, so I never went there.

Their support reply:
>>>>>>>>>>>>
Some parking facilities affiliated with us only can accept a "pay at lot" option and in those cases, we only collect taxes and booking fees. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be requested to pay the remaining amount directly at the parking facility.

Here the website screenshot shows the total amount excluding tax which is $29.15. Please see the breakdown of the price for this reservation below, (image)

We understand your concern, and hope this helps with understanding how the "pay at lot" bookings work.

Watch out! Very poor policies

Booked the parking for a trip for a week, but my flight got cancelled because of weather and so I had to cancel my whole trip. They have no system for prorating, so I was parked for 7 hours and they wouldn't refund the rest of the parking. Very poor customer service.
