Misleading site, SCAM and rude customer service

I had a terrible experience with CheapDealsFare. They are very misleading. First, they offer a cheap, tempting deal, and you end up buying a ticket from them, but you never get a confirmation number. When you call customer service, they are either rude, scream on the customer, talking to you in a rude tone, or they keep holding your phone, and they also lied to me about the agent calling me, while I never received any missed call from the agent. Please don't buy a ticket from here. They will say your ticket is on standby, and when you want to cancel the booking, even though it is less than 24 hours, they will not allow you to cancel, and then you will never get a refund for not getting any tickets at all. Beware of the scam. Totally a scam site. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! And now they changed my ticket from Delta to Frontier. I can write a book about this site and how bad and scam they are. I plead with everyone to be careful. They will SCAM you.

'bait and switch' tactic.

This site used a 'bait and switch' approach moving me from a great deal to regular rates for flights.. Today, as the flights approach, i found out from the airline that the tickets were in fact paid for at the cheaper rate (just not by me!).
See other 1 star reviews for the tactics, threats, refusals that occur. Would not recommend this service.
