I purchased a ticket flying Delta from ORF to VPS 45 days from the flight day for $468. The next day on 9/2/26, I get a email to call cheapdealsfare because my confirmation was on hold. They tell me Delta has me on standby because no seats are available for my departure so I need to either upgrade my seat, change airlines, or change my flight dates. I asked to cancel my booking several times because I don't have flexibility but they threaten to non-refund my purchase. They sold me a seat they didn't have and when I didn't want to pay more they decide its ok to try and keep my money. I have already notified my bank

They led us with a good price for the flight, after getting our credit card said those tickets are no longer available. Ended up paying $700 instead of $400, would have been cheaper to but directly from the airline...so mad!

Gary was very kind, efficient, professional and just easy to work with. He also made things go smoothly as possible. He even helped me sign up my friend who is going to Peru. She has no voice and he was patient while I was texting her back and forth to get all of the information. THANK YOU GARY for your hard work! You are apprecitated!

I bought a flight and was contacted immediately and was told my departure flight was fully booked. They sold me a full flight. Was told the only other flight that day was full fare. I wanted to cancel but was told there are no refunds. My $98 trip is now $234. I could have saved money dealing with the air carrier.

Update: on Sept.3 I received an email from Southwest Airlines for low price flights. It seems the very flight which I was told was full and not available is still being offered by Southwest

Can you score less than zero stars??? This company is a rip off. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!! They take your money, make you call their office to complete booking, then demand more money and refuse to process a refund. If you google their address, it's actually a house. Clearly someone's grandma is generous with her basement! NANA, learn to say NONO. Kevin is not a good grandson. He needs more veggies, exercise and GOD.

Alena Irma was patient with me, even though I misunderstood the original price. This is an extremely important trip for my husband and I. Getting to see our granddaughter for the 3rd time in 4 years. It’s quite the journey for us, and I may have frustrated Alena, but she was professional. 😁 I try to book a long way out, but this was a very short turnaround
