Staying loyal to a utility or organisation may cause you to loose money.

On initial contact just to see if I could get a better deal ( save some money) On my electricity bill I ended up with choosing a new NBN supplier and a different health insurance provider as well a new supplier for domestic power.
Saved about $400 on health insurance
Paid same monthly fee for NBN provider but upgraded to 500mpps
A big difference in my electricity tariffs
Thank you cheep Bills

Happy outcome

Nice staff, easy to talk to and I was able to understand. No offence meant to anyone but for me there was no language barrier therefore no misunderstanding. What was offered I accepted and over time I trust it will work out well. Thank you.

Very helpful

Very helpful. Do have the customers best interests in mind.
Communication was a bit confusing as I was being told a number of different things from different persons involved in the whole process.
Have not received the follow up about some of the agreements that were made during the initial call.

The plan that you have recommended is…

The plan that you have recommended is more expensive than the plan I am currently on, which is what I told the consultant originally. However, she insisted that it was cheaper but now I have checked I know this is not true.
As such I will not be proceeding with this change which I still have not received any documentation for.
