Dejana was so incredibly kind and gentle with my hair. She gave me great feedback as far as what I was doing wrong to address my hair concerns and made really great product suggestions as well. I felt comfortable my entire experience. I went in slightly worried as I have medium density type 4 hair and was struggling with breakage and dryness but I was handled with so much care. I was also given a trim and my hair looks infinitely better. This was my first experience and I will definitely be back!

Tania is the GOAT! Love love LOVE her energy and personality 💜 I'm so in love with my hair 🥰 the entire salon was so clean and bright and all the staff were so nice and welcoming. Already booked my next appt.

the lady that did my hair was very nice the cost was so expensive i got a couple tiny highlights in my bang area no cut no style $190 wish i could say i’d return but that is way to much

Pooja is awesome.I was able to get my appointment booked on the same day.Coming to Brampton on a short trip and getting my hair done from my fav hair stylist.she is so knowledgeable in picking the right colors for me and also helped me pick the right hair products for my dry hair.I would look to come back again to get my hair done.

I was taken by surprise when i found out an additional 3 dollars is added to my bill for the green circle program. When I asked the front desk she said chatters always had this extra charge. I have been a customer for 4 years and not once I noticed it! Needless to say, an additional charge as such should be optional and I should have the choice to opt out.

I’m sorry, but it’s very evident you guys don’t value your customers, therefore I will be taking my business elsewhere. ANYWHERE else I go to, such as to my lip injection place (Lips by JKA - you can look them up, they’re a HUGE business with 5 ⭐️ reviews,) I always shout out my injector and she personally reaches out to me every time and thanks me. She also posts me on their stories/feed and actually tags me. Chatters used footage of my hair without my permission or even tagging me. The reality is, Humara (one of the beginner stylists) messed up my hair last time and I STILL gave her a 5 ⭐️ review because she is LEARNING. Sarab, my hair stylist yesterday, didn’t want to comment on it as she’s her colleague/friend, which I do understand, but you still have to acknowledge the fact that -your- salon messed up my hair by appointing me to a hair stylist that clearly is not qualified enough. Then Humara told me they are offering me a 20% off discount “for my birthday” when I overheard her getting the approval from her manager, because she stated she messed up my hair and I was not pleased with the outcome. You can’t GUARANTEE a client a certain outcome, unless you are confident you can achieve it. She should’ve tested one strand before proceeding - that’s how every other salon has done it. My initial appt back in October was just to touch up my roots (black) and cut my hair. Humara was the one who assured me my hair would lift evenly. It obviously did not. The hair cut was uneven as well. Sarab’s attitude is also a little bit disturbing. I believe you should be a little more professional and grateful that I’ve left you such a ravishing review and shouted you out multiple times - which I just deleted. I have friends dm’ing me on Instagram asking where I got my hair done and who did it, but unfortunately, I will not recommend your salon. Your loss. Maybe have you staff adjust their attitude/egos and you will gain more business. 0/5 ⭐️ would recommend.
