I have curly hair and am very hesitant to try a new stylist but was very happy with Cassandra, fastest haircut I've had and awesome job!

Cassandra is absolutely amazing! She’s always so kind and patient, and she truly takes the time to listen. Every visit feels comfortable and relaxed because she’s so genuine and caring. She gives fantastic advice on hair care and style, and her haircuts are always perfect — you can tell she really knows her craft. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend Cassandra if you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and warm!

Lacie, always does an excellent cut. She is super friendly and listens and response to any changes I request.

I made an appointment last minute and was sitting in the salon chair within an hour.

My stylist was Chasity, who gave me a style I asked for and I was incredibly happy with the result. She was precise with a delicate touch, for lack of a better word, I was comfortable to the point I wanted to take a nap.
The draw back to my visit were the two ladies down stairs whom I would hear cracking up with laughter whilst getting my hair cut. Very unprofessional, in fact it made me wonder if they were laughing at me. Then I thought, truly not because my stylist was Indigenous and so was I.
All in all the important point! I walked out feeling glamorous.

I am so happy with my haircut at Chatters Cochrane! Ralph really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect style. The salon was clean, welcoming, and I felt great walking out. Highly recommend Ralph at Chatters Cochrane!

Ralph was incredible

i went in for a blow out, my hair is horrible to work with the more you brush it the more it sticks to itself, i have never had a better experience at a salon, he is detail oriented, quick, and such a sweetheart. thank you chatters and Ralph!

I got exactly what I asked for, and my hair turned out amazing.

The stylist did not seem to know what he was doing. I was at the appointment for over 4 hours to get a cut and foils, the colour was nothing like I had asked for or had agreed too, when letting him know how I liked to hair cut (I always get layers) he simply said no even after I asked three times. I would be able to let the colour slide if it had been done properly but when getting highlights he put a basically black base and then red highlights that are not blended.

Cassandra always does such a wonderful job with my daughter's hair. She is kind and patient and cares about balancing my daughter's wants with my needs and approval. The store is always neat and well stocked and we enjoy looking around if we have to wait, which is usually not long.

Dany is an absolute WIZARD! She took the photos for inspiration and made it reality. I am beyond thrilled. She is amazing!!!
