I had an awesome salon experience with Rolo! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted, only better. Thank you so much, Rolo for your time, patience, and expertise.

Franc was such a warm and comforting person to be around I had a blast my whole appointment and he made my hair look amazing!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The hairdresser completely ruined my hairstyle. I asked for a trim for my armpit length hair and left with hair above my collarbones. It is choppy and missing random chunks, with my hair framing pieces being uneven and unsymmetrical. I requested that the hair stylist maintain the v shaped haircut I had with the same ratio. My hair was 3 inches longer on the longest piece than the middle lengths, and shorter framing pieces than the middle lengths. Instead she cut all of my hair off and choppily made a tiny v shape that just reads as a home job. It took 5 business days to get my refund, with them ignoring all of my communications until I posted this bad review. They are poorly equipped to handle a simple trim and are highly unprofessional in dealing with the aftermath. No one I know will ever go to this salon.

After my son had seen and heard about my experience with Melissa and seeing the great job she’d done he decided to see her as well. I dropped him off as he was getting his hair cut and highlighted for his birthday. Halfway through his appointment he sent me some photos of how it was going. I asked if he was having fun with the process his exacts words were “Melissa is blast to talk to” when the appointment was done I picked him up not only did his hair look amazing but she took the time to answer our questions regarding after care and helped my son pick out products.
Melissa did a great job with the highlights and the cut was fantastic. My son has gotten many compliments on his hair. He can’t wait to go back!
If you’re looking for a stylist who is capable of men and women cuts and highlights who is personable not gonna rush you and help you with styling techniques and products she is the one to see.

Was extremely thrilled with the last hair cut style that JoHanna suggested and knew she is the only one to achieve it again.

Purva did my eyebrown and tinting and i really liked the quality of her work.

I like that the hairdresser didn't talk to me.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair colored at Chatters. The stylist took time to understand exactly what I wanted and did very professionally.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert color and a relaxing vibe.

The stylist took no time getting right to work completing my desired hairstyle! I let her have some freedom on what she wanted to do for my hairstyle as a wedding guest, but she absolutely killed it with the up-do. I would definitely return for any weddings I attend in the future :)
