Their system started glitching and they dont want to fix it, They keep billing us month to month, but DECLINE to answer emails and do not want to admit that they have a big problems with their system. it always shows "RECONNECTING" when user tries to initiate the chat, and messages dont get delivered. They tried to fix it and gave us, just stopped answering emails. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!
