Been using it for almost a year without realising it's a scam. We were conned out of £90 because husband thought it was OpenAI. I did wonder why it was giving such terrible advice!! Only discovered it's a fake site when I googled why I couldn't log in. Lesson learned.

this website is a scam. they get you to agree a 1 month trial then charge monthly then hit you for a full year of fees. When you ask for a refund they refund it and then charge again thinking you only see the refund. Scam
I unfortunately subscribed to Chatop, but within just a few hours, it became clear that the service didn’t meet my needs or expectations. I immediately contacted their support team to request a cancellation and refund, but they refused, hiding behind their vague refund policy.
Even though I hadn’t used the service meaningfully and reached out almost instantly, they still declined my refund request. This is not fair practice — any serious and honest company should offer at least a short grace period or cooling-off time for digital purchases.
It feels like a scam, taking people’s money and refusing to return it no matter what. I would never recommend Chatop to anyone. Be careful — once you pay, there’s no way back.

Scam website. They claim they have a 4.8 Trustpilot score and 55,000 happy customers. But they're just another Indian scammer website. They also claim to be powered by Open Ai. But ask ChatGPT if they're using Open Ai software and they say no, they're a scam.
They won't give you your money back. When you do a chargeback, make sure to mention they misrepresent being Open Ai and a trustpilot 4.8 score.
