Very VERY poor customer support

While looking for an SMS automation tool on behalf of a client, I was super stoked to find ChatCompose because they seemed to have the SMS bot needs that my client needs. I quickly ran into problems and reached out to support.
An individual named 'Christian' responded with a bunch of verbiage that didn't include an answer. When I pressed harder, he made a better attempt, but still, solved nothing.
After some back and forth and me practically BEGGING for help, he decided it would be prudent to close my account because I was a 'red flag'.
He did refund my money, but I'll never get back the time wasted.
The UI logic is garbage and I was not able to figure out how to get it to work normally. They did not have resources to answer my questions and they did not provide support to satisfy any of my needs. The opposite, they were rude and obnoxious and displayed carelesness.
So disappointed, especially because it's so promising.
