Wanted to ordered a gift voucher for Skype, from Skype official site and was redirected to ChatAndVision. After one day they delivered the voucher by email, but it never worked (even tried multiple times and with different accounts). Contacted support. Responded after 2+ days.
After much ping-ponging with the support team, still no use. Someone form the support wrote in an email that the voucher was activated. Maybe someone leaked the code...
In conclusion: no money and lost time. AVOID.

Ordered Skype Dualphone from them, they charged my card very next day, after about a month I've contacted them that I have not received the product. They replied that it was sent to me and I should chceck with neighbours and my family members if somebody didn't collected it. They were not able to provide any tracking info. After another aprox 6 weeks and couple exchanged emails they have admitted they don't have this product in stock and promissed refund, which never arrived. Avoid this company and if you find the address of their business, let me know, I will visit them in person to get my money for the product and wasted time back.
Update: to Jennifer Hart: Today is 1st of April 2013 and I still do not have any refund from your company ! Good luck with your business. No phone number on the web site, mailbox registered company.
Update: Over the year now since this company charged me for the product, many emails, I HAVE NOT SEEN SKYPE PHONE OR MY MONEY BACK!!!
UPDATE OCTOBER 2014: 2 years and over 20 emails exchanged with chatandvision.com in my inbox, I still don't have my money back !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND HOURS BEHIND COMPUTER AND YEARS TO GET THEM BACK !!!

November 15th I ordered a couple of RTX DUALphone 4088 telephones through Skype's web shop. I received an order confirmation from ChatandVision the same day and the payment was withdrawn from my card.
The product was claimed to be in stock and delivery expected in 3 to 10 working days. When the 10 working days had passed with no signs of delivery I contacted their support and received 3 minutes later a reply (apparently automatic) with apologizes but no promises of delivery.
Now well into the 4th week after ordering I still have no indication of delivery with the same "Your order is being made ready" order status every time I check. I have also checked my Junk e-mail for any replies from ChatandVision that might have been blocked, but with no luck.”

I am posting this review for my husband as Thrustpilot only allows reviews from persons with Facebook account.

I sent back my skype phone as was still in warranty, aftyer several weeks I received a mail saying to order a new phone from their website as they could not repair mine.
I followed up 5 times and got back again the same mail saying that they tried to contact me.
They are laying as the only mail sent me is the first one again and again.
No professional and a clear scam, surprised that skype is using them.
Will not stop following up and will flag it to any authority that is available about online frodes.

The reason I bought from them was because of Skype. And now I am regretting it! I have contacted their support and they all do not know what happened to my item! And right now I just want a refund but they still will not give me one since they are still investigating it! Hello! I have been waiting for a very long time and I already purchased another headset!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are slow to respond to inquiries and they will run away with your money!

They've had my money for the best part of 3 weeks for an item shown as in stock. Apparently my order is still being processed. E-mails only get an automated response. So they are either lying that the item is in stock and holding onto the cash for as long as possible or it is a complete con and they have no intention of supplying the goods in the first place. Spend the extra couple of quid and go to Amazon. They only get one star as I can't give minus 5. Very upset frustrated and angry.

intially though i was buying from skype, but once i got the confirmation was clearer on who i was dealing with (phew!) shipped from overseas, but for the savings can't complain.

No problem with payment, delivery or product. But I cannot figure out why I cannot find their postal address at their website or at the invoice. I contacted their support department since I needed the address for accounting purposes. They didn’t give me their address but just stated that the Invoice was ok.

Service was ok, information aleays up to date!

recently I ordered a RTX DUALphone 4088 and paied for express delivery 1-3 days and I received my order in 3 days as expected. ChatAndVision let you know for the delivery status I like it.

I ordered an RTX Dualphone 4088 Skype.
According to their site, regular delivery (which is free) takes 3 to 10 business days while express delivery (for a little extra cost) takes 1 to 3 business days.

I paid the extra shipping cost for express delivery, but the time passed and the product didn't arrive (even though it was shipping from one EEU country to another).

When I contacted customer support, they initially told me I had to wait 10 days as for standard shipping. After I replied showing them my order confirmation with the extra shipping cost paid and the text they themselves sent saying that I should expect my order 3 days after shipping, they didn't reply.

So either they show fake info on their site or they shipped my order with the wrong service, but I'll never know which ... the only reality is that I paid for a service which they failed to render so I'll never order from them again and I can't recommend them to anyone that looks for reliability.

This company appears to indulge in one of my biggest gripes in on line ordering :- taking an order and quoting a delivery time but not actually having the stock, but of course still instantly taking the money.
I've detailed my experience below but the long and short of it is if your priority is low price and you don't mind waiting (while they hold your money) if may be worth a punt, but if you need an item within 2-3 weeks they are best avoided.

The quoted delivery time time was 3-10 days but after not recieving any email of notice of dispatch after 7 days I checked the tracking and found my order staus was "order pending refund"
I queried this by email asking what this meant and also saying I needed this camera for a holiday and if they couldn't honour the qouted delivery timetable then I would have to cancel....I got no reply.
I then rang, which can take a while to get through, and was told that they had cancelled the order on the basis of my email and that they didn't have any stock anyway. I was told to expect a refund.
The website was still showing the camera in stock and the price had actually gone down.
The good news is that 21 days after placing the order I did get a refund but it took 3 phone calls and 3 emails and no explanation. They couldn't explain why it took "accounts" so long to refund while the payment was taken instantly.
They are cheap, they have a lot of good reviews so some items must be in stock, but for me it was a hassle

Ordered two unlocked smartphones listed as being in stock. After a week contacted them via e-mail. No reply. Informed them that under the distance selling regs that the order was cancelled. Ordered phones from a reputable supplier they arrived in a couple of days. Nearly 4 weeks after the order was made receive an e-mail from them informing me that the phones will be delivered. Have initiated chargeback with the Bank and after reading through the troll reviews have noted that their returns policy is non-existent so we shall not be accepting the delivery when it arrives.. This company is quite possibly the worst online retailer i have dealt with in a decade. AVOID and please read the positive reviews with some scepticism,.. after reading through other sites.. i noted that many of them have the same sentences etc i.e. i suspect that a fair few of this companies positives are false!!

I ordered an RTX 3088. The items arrived promptly and they were as described. The company also contacted to follow up to make sure there were no issues and that I was pleased with the product. The phone works great for the application I desired and setup was easy. Having a dual phone simplifies things for me and gives me the easy access to Skype that I was looking for.
