I bought a Clearone CHAT 60 U, and it worked - briefly. The problems began when trying to install and utilize their recommended programs to update the firmward/software. I wrote to service who recommended installing specific software and told me that the device doesn't work on USB 3's.

So connected through a USB 2 hub, it still won't work, altho0ugh the Skype options show it as the selected device, and the check program plays the speakers and hears the mic, but as soon as I try to make a call, everything goes silent, whether the speaker or the headphones to which I tried to revert.

I just can't use Skype except through the built in speaker and mic in the computer.

I regret the day I thought this would be a good idea.

DON'T BUY ONE, DON'T EVEN THINK OF IT!!

I am very pleased with the dual phone, it is easy to set up and use.

The payment method is done by an external company which tells the user that it's payed. When returning to the website, there's no sign of the order or the payment. Scary experience.
In the end everything went well as the customer care is efficient.

You can trust on a fast delivery and you will receive a good service. However some problems when paying with credit-cards.

It's my first time that I purchased from ChatandVision and will not be the last. Service quality is excellent, speed the of delivery is the same. I would by again from them and refer them also without any questions.

I ordered a skype phone over one month ago, and still don't have it. i think that says it all.

even after this huge delay, and taking my money over a month ago, they only offered a free 4gb sd card (no discount on product, or for free) and a useless upgraded delivery.

take my advice, buy somewhere else. worst company i have ever had to deal with.

I placed an order and in same moment or half hour later I cancelled my order as I had an opportunity to get the "Amazon Kindle Fire HD" from another place (channel) which I unfortunately did not knew before ordering. I have contacted them 4 times since I placed the order on the 19th of May 2013 and they have only responded back once that they have placed my order on hold however they have already withdrawn the money from my bank account on the 23rd og may 2013. I have researched a bit on the company and they are not related to Skype as they write on their website and I also see that many others have had very bad experiences with the company so this is the reason for calling them a fraud company because they misuse the good name of Skype. Now I have contacted my bank to create a opposition against them as it is illegal to withdraw the Money before sending the goods. They will properly write me that they have been very busy and that the apologize now...let's see.

Hi I received a webcam from Chatandvison.I ordered it on skype website. It really doesnt live upto expectation because of following reasons.Order number-SO284924
1. Video doesn't work most of the time.
As per Skype website they promised that there will be option to browse web and you tube and I cannot see that after paying 269$ to this company.
I am totally dissatisfied. would prefer if company can take this box back and return my money.

I ordered the product and it arrived well packaged in very quick time.

This is an interesting product.

My experience is based on ordering a skype phone.
The order process and receiving the product went well. Unfortunately the product was faulty and I wanted to return it. To return it I had to write back and forth with 3 different people, everytime receiving a "please rate our service" mail from them, which was annoying. When I returned my product to them I had to wait almost a month until they confirmed receiving my item and additional 5-7 working days before confirming that it was faulty. Furthermore I also had to pay the return fee with the postal service.
Now I have received my replacement product, it works, and therefore I give them 3 out of 5

IF YOU WANT TO USE SKYPE PHONE WHILE YOUR COMPUTER IS CLOSED, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE DUAL PHONE 4088 FROM CHATandVISION.

IT WORKS VERY WELL AND IS EASY TO INSTALL: YOU JUST PLUG IN THE WI-FI DEVICE TO YOUR WI-FI BOX, THEN THE PHONE TRANSFORMER INTO A POWER PLUG, AND IT WORKS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

Received wrong item has yet to send me a slip t return item. Asked to go ahead and cancel item because of delay I had to purchase elsewhere and no they are finally shipping my items. Still waiting for refund and a return slip for items over 2 months

The phone looses internet connection very often and this results in being offline most of the time.

I have never received an email or anything from chat and vision about my order, I needed to go and open a chargeback process with PayPal because I never had contact from chat and vision, I called the phone number shown in PayPal receipt and nobody answered in 1 week, I sent a lot of emails thru my email directly and support forms in chat and vision chat and nobody answered. They just answered when I started the chargeback and then to send this survey.
