Terrible experience with Chase Evans and my assigned negotiator Ahmad Raza (Greenwich branch). Communication has been poor throughout, and the one basic condition of our offer – a professionally cleaned flat – was ignored. When we raised this (with photos), we were dismissed and made to feel unreasonable. We were also misled about leftover items from the landlord, told they would be removed but then left with them, cluttering our storage space and making it difficult to unpack. Over a week later, no clear timeline or solution has been provided. Slow responses, lack of accountability, and an overall stressful, frustrating process. Would not recommend.
