Looks like I have become another statistic. Bird suncatcher looked beautiful. I went on the website rather than Facebook to check legit. But should have checked reviews 1st. £22 pound sterling clearly advertised then find emails says 52.76$ is on email. I thought that's ok it probably will be that with exchange rate. I was shocked to find £53.52 taken out of my bank plus £1.60 non sterling transaction fee. There was no shipping costs detailed so I guess I've been scammed too. Unanswered email but it has only been a few days

DON'T BUY! If there is even a remote chance that you may need to return the item. The item I ordered was cheaper quality then what appears in the ad picture and uncomfortable to wear. I have been emailing them every day for over a week to get instruction on how to return the item and they are refusing to provide return instructions. They have offered that I keep the item (that I don't want) and they will refund $10 out of $40 that the item original costed me. Their email stated, "kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions." So be warned that they return/refund policy is a big fat NO, they will not allow you to return the item for a full refund.

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from these people, I ordered two dog day key rings at the end of October and two cars these gifts are for my grandchildren and by the look of this I'm not going to get them for Christmas or if I do I'm afraid I'm going to be ashamed to give them to them. There's no way to track where the items are. My bank called me 4 days ago from the fraud department and asked me if I had made these purchases I don't know if she was suspicious or if it was a different place that I usually order from. Guess I'll look on Amazon or shop local

Oh how I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered!! I'm so aggravated! Everything I have experienced is in these reviews. I have not received the cotton shoes yet, but would expect them in a few months or never!! I'm sure they are gonna be crap! Ugh!!! So mad right now! I got the add off Facebook and never ever will I trust Facebook again. Ridiculous! Thanks for letting me vent!! :0

These guys screw you over on the price. I got billed $NZ58 for something that should have been under NZ$40.
I sent these guys an email regarding this along with a picture of the article and the price, but as of this date i still haven't heard back from them. This was over two weeks ago. I have received the article which is excellent.
But NOT HAPPY.

Run! Horrible product-Ordered a puzzle and the painting is so awful some of the pieces can't even be identified. Tried to return via the info on their website and neither email addresses listed for support is valid. The email address listed in the box below is also invalid! What a scam! Learned my lesson!

Definitely avoid.I was charged £31GBPfor an item that was advertised as £20 GBP.It was a stained glass! Bird Suncatcher that was totally opaque and showed no light through at all.Worthless!It was tiny and I was misled by photos on site.Did not return after reading reviews on here…..which I wish I had read prior to purchase.Yes!I was scammed and am furious!

Bought shoes. Site claims if not 100% satisfied returns will be accepted. Still fighting with them via email. They offered me $4!!!! I paid $30 for low quality shoes. Do not order from this site. Cheap quality products.

STAY AWAY from this website! I ordered the Sun Cather 7 birds. Product was much smaller than it appears on photo (photo must be manipulated in that manner) , and with poor quality in detailing and materials, very different from pictures. Made several complaints, and was in the end offered 3(!) USD has compansation, and no return possibiliy.. I paid 30 USD for a product that is completely worthless to me. Waist of time and money.

About not receiving my order and they keep saying I have to contact courier Fastway for reimbursement! I gave them my money!! Fastway Courier says I have to be reimbursed by Chartheck. This item was sold on Instagram! Not buying from social media ads anymore. All scammers!!! Beware!

Not an American company. Chinese scammers. As previous folk say, they can’t cancel your order as it’s already sent. I am disappointed in PayPal for endorsing this company!! Stay well clear.

Chartheck is a scam sight. When it showed up as a receipt in Chinese, I already questioned it. No tracking code or anything. So I got in touch with another name on my receipt to check into it. Found out it is a scam. Charged on my Paypalcredit Account but it is now being sent to me. Over $100 for some cheap thing that is misrepresented. You need to check it out. They are still selling their items on Facebook. One person said he never got his stuff until 3 months later and it nothing but cheap stuff made of plastic and painted. The misrepresented the article on more than one thing. Please check out this company. I am only going by numerous reviews I have just read. Have not received anything yet, but they say it is just cheap plastic and painted plastic, not worth anything. Not one good review, or maybe one, but not for what I bought. Very upset , it was going to be a Christmas gift for my family members.
Purchase date 11/7/2022. They are still selling on Facebook.

Facebook ad gives impression of selling stained glass bird hanging with light coming through the glass. In actual fact the glass, if it is glass, is opaque.
Have written to the company by email asking where to return. Companies House registers two trading addresses one in Ilford, one Sunbury on Thames. Whilst they responded to my email, no return address was specified. Am awaiting a further response otherwise its Trading Standards, Which, and Facebook marketplace complaints.
P.s. Have bern told they will refund 4USD still no return address stated. Certainly will never buy off Facebook Marketplace or tom a Facebook advert again.

Just a note...i have researched these conpanies on facebook and bought a few items myself. What ive found is they are ALL chinese that say they are closing down making it sound like a uk company...they are not.
When you receive your goods via uk address these are the couriers set up to deal with foreign company deliveries especially china and based mainly in sunbury
The companies are all based in the same part of china and they design the sales based on..you buy thinking uk based at least...you want refund because never as advertised...they offer 15% to start then 30% and you keep the c..p they just sent
If you want to still return you pay shipping which has to be tracked and can cost more than the item owes you

Nice scam hey. Positive feedback is not genuine, it cant be unless you have a labrador sitting next to you :-)

Until facebook, instagram and others change how they do business china will grow while we give up our hard earned money

I've been scammed 2x before with FB advertised products so I thought this time I'd look into it.

The item was not as shown in the advertisement wooden nativity jig saw.
Some figures had no faces and one animal no head.
Complained told it would take a long time to refer my complaints and suggested I keep the item.

Do not buy anything from these people. I bought what was supposed to be 3 birds on a perch in stained glass and wrought iron which is how it looks on the website, which I came across through Facebook but when the item arrived it was not as described just high gloss paint. When I complained they said they would not refund my money because the item was not faulty and tried to plead with me not to make a bad review. Facebook should stop these scam companies from advertising on its platform.

Do not order anything from this dishonest, greedy and rude scam. They took a large payment for four items, sent only two, then tried gaslighting and insisted that they had not made any errors. We are still trying to obtain a refund on the difference in price. They have yet to admit any error. Zero satisfaction. Zero support. Zero stars. The worst retail experience online that we have ever had the misfortune to become embroiled in. Zero exaggeration.

horrible...they offer a guarantee..when you want to return something because it is too big, they offer you $10.00 and blame shipping cost too expensive. Meanwhile the return label came from a local address in New Jersey....Will be reporting you to the FTC

I spent over £80 on some "hand crafted suncatcher birds,copper foiled,reenamled,high quality. they arrived and they are really cheap plastic. I have tried to contact them and they are in a industrial site which is to let He mailed me after i complained and takes no responsibility.saying"we are only the shipping company"
