This is the second time we have used Charter travel for a trip to Orlando and highly recommend. We initially dealt with Richard who answered all our queries and once it was all set up dealt with Dawn, Kate and Moira who were all really quick to respond and answer queries. Will use again for our next Disney trip for sure

Excellent service, within 24 hours had a fully inclusive quote for Orlando 14 day holiday, flights, transfers, accommodation and park tickets. Total package price was extremely competitive. Communication on the telephone and via e-mail was faultless.
Special mention to Richard for such attentive detail and making the booking so easy. No hesitation in recommending and will certainly be in touch for future travel plans.

Linda has helped us have the most amazing time in Hawaii to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We originally had an agenda provided by an alternative source and found Charter Travel by chance with a google search but were so glad we did. Linda was amazing from the start with imparting her knowledge from years of travel in Hawaii. She was happy to constantly amend an itinerary and make additional suggestions. Once we agreed on the holiday she then shared lots of additional info to allow us to create a wonderful holiday. All the extra tips came in very handy. Cannot recommend Linda and the team at Charter highly enough!

We booked a holiday to LA and Hawaii. Linda booked our holiday as she has extensive knowledge about Hawaii. We wanted to go to Pearl Harbour so really only was interested in going to Oahu, so was going to book only that. Linda explained perfectly that you need to book at least 3 islands, as all are different. So glad we took her advise. We were given lots of choice, different types of hotels, different price ranges and lots of information before planning the perfect holiday. With Linda's help, we booked 3 nights in LA, then 5 nights on each island, Kauai, Maui and Oahu. All very different, all stunning. Linda had stayed in all the hotels we picked, so felt very confident booking. Everything we had booked ran perfectly, flights, car hire, and connecting flights. We were given lots of information, places to eat, places to visit ect after we booked. Which was so helpful. We will definitely be booking another holiday with Charter Travel.

Great experience coming back to a company after years of booking everything myself individually, Saved quite a lot of money from an almost identical trip that I did last year when I booked everything myself. Customer advisor was very knowledgeable, did a few different quotes and responded promptly. This is the new way forward for me.

Fantastic! I was going between Virgin and Charter Travel, looking for the best deal! And I thought I had managed to find it myself but Richard from Charter Travel managed to do the impossible! Very happy with our quote, so much so we booked within a few hours of getting it.

We have used Charter Travel several times now for our Florida holiday. We wouldn't use anyone else. Its so easy to deal with them, from the initial booking to the date you travel.
The thing that makes them stand out for me is the aftercare. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip this year due to sickness. The support Aidan gave our family during this time was incredible, even offered to speak to the insurers when we were having some issues...

We booked a multi-stop trip through Linda at Charter Travel to San Francisco, Honolulu (Oahu) and Maui (Hawaii) — and it truly was the trip of a lifetime!

Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish — five flights, three hotels — and every location was absolutely perfect. Each hotel was in a great spot with so much to see and do nearby, and having breakfast included in most of our stays was a lovely bonus.

Maui completely stole our hearts (don’t even get me started on the sunsets 🌅), and we came home with so many amazing memories.

Linda was so helpful throughout, and everything was organised perfectly. We’ll definitely be booking with Charter Travel again and have already been recommending them to friends and family. Huge thank you to Linda for putting together such a flawless and unforgettable adventure! 🌺✈️
