The CIPC offers courses on a variety of topics. If you're interested in their services in general you can sign up for email notifications on relevant courses tailored to your interests. Through my employer I was able to participate in the course on German law on terminations and mass layoffs. However, the course did cover much more than this and I feel well informed about what was covered. The exchange, with both the group and the facilitator, was great. Also prior to the course the organization went smooth and I felt well-informed about what I could expect. One thing to remeber is that the courses are not low-priced and even though I appreciate my course went over two days and I also receive the PPT, the recording, a certificate and can reach put to the facilitator afterwards if any questions, I am not sure if the price is justified. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend CIPC to others who are interested in broadening their knowledge!

This was a very interactive course with participants from different industries and levels within HR. The forum was open and the material was very relevant to today's issues. I had questions before I attended already written and those were answered. The guidance between the law and the gray area was key.
