While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Chartbuddy is a native charting add-on for Google Slides. It adds the chart types Google Slides doesn't support out of the box — waterfall charts, marimekko charts, stacked bar charts, pareto charts, scatter plots, bubble charts, area charts, and more — with the formatting control that finance and strategy teams actually need for professional presentations. Charts live directly inside your presentation as native objects. Click to edit data, resize, reformat — no external tools, no tab switching, no exporting. Everything happens within Google Slides, which means your workflow stays in one place. Formatting goes deep: individual data labels, segment colors, number formatting, axis configuration, chart spacing, difference arrows, and full brand theming. The kind of granular control you need for board decks, investor updates, consulting deliverables, and financial reporting. Charts can also be linked to Google Sheets. When the underlying data changes, the chart in your slide updates automatically. This is especially valuable for recurring reporting workflows — monthly financial reviews, quarterly business updates, budget vs. actuals — where manually rebuilding charts is a common and avoidable time sink. Teams using Chartbuddy for automated reporting typically cut chart creation time by 80%. Chartbuddy is SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning security controls are independently audited. Your data stays protected, and access can be revoked at any time through your Google account settings. Built for power users in consulting, strategy, corporate finance, and financial planning & analysis who work in Google Workspace but refuse to compromise on chart quality. Whether you need waterfall charts for bridge analyses, marimekko charts for market sizing, or stacked bars for performance tracking — Chartbuddy brings presentation-ready charting to Google Slides. This is quite useful for google slides. I really hate the native functionality there and this is much closer to how I used to do it in powerpoint (when I still had thinkcell ). Tool is rapidly developing too, it now has many more features compared to when I started a month ago.
