It reminds me of my adolescence
It reminds me of my adolescence, and now I can enjoy it together with my daughter. However, the charms have a very serious issue with the figures, the ends are slightly open, which caused deep cuts on my daughter’s fingers. I also noticed that they easily get caught on clothes. The manufacturer urgently needs to improve the way the figures are attached to the blocks.

Defective items
We purchased two rose gold charms in August but one of the charms has changed colour. I sent a picture as evidence. Charms official were very apologetic and offered to replace the defective item. I applaud them for their brilliant customer service.

Everything about it. The fact that I get to choose every charm and put them in the order that I want them in is priceless. Even being able to mix the silver with gold and even rose gold is a pretty neat idea.
