Charmly is amazing, from the moment you place your order, to the design process, to shipping. They communicate the whole process and IF you don’t like your design (which I can’t believe anyone wouldn’t), they go back to the design board. I ordered 4 of them and LOVE each piece. Such sentimental meanings in each one. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Good communication, acceptable turnaround time, no issue with revisions to the design, nice quality product. My wife absolutely loved her gift.

The process was easy from start to finish. They made the timing and steps transparent from the beginning. I did send designs back for edits to get them just right for the recipients of these gifts. They listened to my feedback and were quicker than expected in the improved designs. I hesitated at first because I had not heard of this vendor, but everyone loved their necklace and I could not be happier with how everything proceeded.

When the original PDF template didn't meet expectations, they redesigned to perfection. Such a unique necklace, like no other. My wife now has a small necklace with AEI on, the initials of her, my daughter and I.

I have ordered a few things now from Charmly & i love the jewellery. It is so easy to order with each piece individually designed. You just let them know the names or star signs you want & they will design your piece then send a picture to you to approve before making the jewellery, the designers are very good. Good quality, beautiful jewellery.

It took a little time (1 week?) to craft the charm, but since it is an original work of art, I wasn't surprised. It arrived without issue, and my daughter loved it. I'll likely order another one soon for my wife.

I ordered 4 Charmlry initial necklaces for each of the ladies in my family to represent their families "symbol". These were perfect and they loved them so much. Of course, I also ordered one for myself and love the uniqueness of it. It goes along with so many outfits with the rose gold color I chose. Will definitely order more future gifts from Charmlry!

The design options were great. The service was great. The adjustment I asked for in the design was great. And in the end my wife loved it. I'm never sure about giving jewellery to my wife, but this was the first item I gave her which she loved. She loved it so much she might be wanting more.

Working with the designer was truly very easy and they were very responsive. We went through a few revisions before ultimately settling on a design that my family truly loves and treasures.

The product was beautiful and customer service excellent. The design was so beautiful that I created a large wall hanging to provide us a gift. Their staff were more than happy to provide a revised PDF that excluded the circle at the top. Highly recommend.

Beautifully made jewelry! My daughter in law loved her necklace I gave her for Christmas! And my bracelet with my grandkids name is precious.

I ordered 4 necklaces each of them turned out great! The only thing that was kinda confusing was trying to make sure each person got the correct one, a little tag or something showing the name on each would be helpful.
