It is the biggest scam imaginable! The only way to chat or send emails is to buy credits which are incredibly expensive and are used very quickly. In fact, on multiple occasions, my contact showed that she was online, so I attempted to chat. After a few exchanges, I realized I was wasting my money chatting with an AI bot. This made me furious! My guess is that many of the women on the site get paid to engage with men and encourage many in long expensive chats. They constantly send pictures and videos that are expensive to view, and always want you to call them or use the video chat feature that ends up costing hundreds of dollars. Do not waste your time or money. If I could report them to authorities as a huge scam site, I would; however, since the site is in Hong Kong, I’m not sure this will be possible.

I do think that thesite needs to be improved in terms of its speed. I have often found it to lag a little in loading screens and pop-ups.

While the platform aoffers a range of communication tools, some users may find the abundance of options overwhelming. Simplifying the communication interface and allowing guidance on when to use each feature could help users navigate the platform more effectively

The design could be more dynamic to keep users engaged when we members move to deal with someone.

I got some suggestions and wanted to know why some words are blocked. As some words are necessary to have an intimate conversation. As you are aware couples wanted to share their intimate feelings to understand each other better. I would like to suggest that those words should not be blocked. hope the dating site gives a serious consideration to my suggestions.

Free chat means free of charges in default. If the conditions changed somehow (like the other person opening video chat unnecessarily) the client either should be warned about the change and initiative to terminate/disable video or giving proper service without charging for the period of time declared before.

What a load of rubbish don't waste money on this site waste of time fake

CharmDate is ideal for my carefree attitude. It's an easy-to-use platform to create an account, configure your profile, and get started. It's easy to navigate around. It's been a decent experience overall, even though I haven't found anything serious yet. I have met some lovely people, though.

Since all these sites belong to the same group, promotions should apply to all which is fair to all members who use all services. I appreciate I get support all these years and will continue to use the service. However I do hope to see more promotions in future.

You can have your system improved. Get a new one that you can see person typing. Even yahoo had that back in early 1990s, on yahoo messenger.
