SCAM ARTIST BEWARE. asked for bank transfer before he created any product. Sent him the money over, never received a single drawing or draft. Blocked me immediately. Do not do business with this person, he is out to scam people. Luckily my bank’s fraud team were able to help me out with this one, others may not be as lucky. Hope this review doesn’t get deleted.

Really disappointed with the overall service I’ve received from Charlton Designs. I’ve been to them before and the work was fine and didn’t have any issues the first time, but this time their communication skills were poor and Tom the owner has spoken to me very rudely. I have evidence of this. I wanted a slight amendment and he didn’t like that, he was very abrupt. At the end of the day I’m the customer and am paying for a product, if it’s not done how I want it , it should be amended to how I want it without an issue. I returned because I wanted to help Charlton Designs out by writing a lovely review to help them build their customer base and to get their name out there, however sadly I’m not writing a positive review as the service I’ve received is appalling. I will not be returning.
Brilliant communication, timely designs, nothing was too big! I had a logo and social media package from Charlton Designs and I really couldn’t be happier, it’s changed the look and feel of my business and has helped me bring in customers.
