I have spent the last year on one of Charlotte's mentoring groups, 'a year long project'. What a fantastic experience, I loved the monthly zooms, the structured and supportive teaching style too. I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey and have made some wonderful freinds along the way. Thanks so much Charlie :)

During 2024 I followed a Project Mentoring on line workshop. It was an wonderfull experience thanks support and mentoring by Charlie and the excellent relations between all the participants

Charlotte is so enthusiastic and positive and is a real pleasure to work with. Her generosity with information and positivity and constructive comments make it a pleasure to work on a project under her tuition. I've done less ICM work recently, but having just rewatched the recording done last year I feel very keen to develop my ICM work again, but also to work on a couple of cohesive projects, which is the course I did with Charlie.

I look forward every month to meeting with Charlie and this wonderful worldwide group of people. I couldn't do this year-long project without them: they are so supportive, creative and inspirational. And Charlie is the best, guiding us just enough to keep us on track.

Charlotte's course was both informative and enjoyable. Looking forward to the next one!

A few weeks ago a group of 5 friends went to Holland to participate in a five-day, customized photography workshop organized by Charlotte Bellamy.
Some of us had already done online workshops with Charlie and were familiar with her ICM techniques so we were very excited about putting what we had learned into action.
The trip was a bonanza of tulips, windmills, canals, reflections and small, delightful villages.
Charlie arranged everything in advance including a pickup from the Amsterdam airport hotel where we stayed the night of our arrival.
The trip was a joy from beginning to end. We travelled comfortably in a minivan, with Charlie a very careful and capable driver. The hotels she chose were comfortable and well situated so we didn’t have to do too much travelling each day.
Charlie was on hand all the time to give suggestions, help and encouragement with the photography. We never felt for a moment that we were neglected. As we had all travelled together on other photo trips, we agreed that this was the very best learning and helpful experience we had ever had from a group leader.
On our final day Charlie came with us to Amsterdam and we spent the afternoon exploring areas that Charlie particularly likes, enabling us to get a feel of the city.
It was sad to say goodbye after such an amazing experience with such a giving, friendly and supportive photographer. We felt that in the five days we spent together, we had become friends.
We recommend most heartily a trip like this with a wonderful teacher.

Thanks to Charlie for a comprehensive ICM course. The photo assignments encouraged us to make images of subjects we might not normally consider. I found the photo review and critiques of our and our colleagues photos to be interesting and inspirational.

I recently participated in Charlotte's ICM deep dive workshop. It was thoroughly enjoyable. Charlotte is a super teacher with infinite enthusiam and patience. It was an absolute pleasure doing the course. I certainly hope to do further ones in the future.

Charlotte is an amazing and very talented teacher. she explains things in such a way that gives you permission to play and learn so much through this new freedom. She is an inspirational teacher and her work which she showed us with such generosity opens up our senses to sight, looking more carefully at things and understanding of the need to feel what we see so as to give more depth to our image making. I learnt so much more about ICM from this course. Charlotte is an amazing teacher. I live in NZ and couldn't attend the live sessions but Charlotte organised one on one sessions at a time that suited me. She's very supportive and guides you to find your own ICM style. Her professional feedback on your photos is insightfull and invaluable. I highly recommend this course. It certainly turned ICM photography into an addictive passion for me.Thank you again!!!

Charlotte is really a wonderful teacher. Supportive, encouraging to find your own way. I learned so much in only three weeks about ICM. And I learned to be the artist I want to be. Thank you Charlotte. You are the person I needed to go a lot of steps forward.

I really enjoyed the ICM/Multiple Exposure course. Normally I am not that fond if homework, but the homework we get on this course is really fun and rewarding! 🤗So is the feedback on the images we submit.

I loved the Intro ICM class so much that I'm sorry it can't keep going! It has been a gateway to thinking about photography in a whole new way, and Charlie is an excellent instructor. She gives you all you need to get started and does it in such a positive way that the class is a joy. Plus I learned so much from getting to see the homework of other participates. I high recommend this class.

I have joined Charlotte's course on ICM photography and multiple exposure. If you want to further develop your ICM photography, this course is a strong recommendation. If you already experienced the numerous options of ICM photography, this course on ICM and multiple exposure will expand this boundary to almost limitless options.
I have learned not only from Charlotte's kind, insight-driven and inspiring reviews of the participants photos, but also from the experiences, thoughts and ideas of my fellow 'students'.

Charlotte is a wonderful teacher of creative photography techniques. She is very clear with her explanations, demonstrations and guidance and encourages you to explore and develop your own creativity with your camera. If you want to learn more about the how and why of creating images using intentional camera movement and multiple exposure I highly recommend doing a course with her!

An excellent well paced course, with constructive and insightful feedback on all photos. I would, wholeheartedly, recommend this course both for the inexperienced and experienced ICM photographer. I have been attempting ICM’s for over a year and learnt loads on technique and style. I wish I had attended this course at the start of my ICM journey.
Malcolm, Deep Dive Course 2022

This was a comprehensive (and sometimes challenging) zoom course on using the Intentional Camera Movement technique on various subjects. The group I worked with was both supportive and encouraging and Charlotte as always was a great leader and educator. Her willingness to share her expertise to help you succeed is exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Charlotte's courses.

Fantastic introduction to ICM and also helpful to those with some experience as learned new ideas and techniques. Charlotte explains things very clearly and is very positive when she critiques images. Very helpful to hear opinions of group members also and lovely that although only 6 of us including Charlotte we were in 5 different countries!!
I have never met a photography tutor who is so kind and generous with her time and knowledge.
Only 3 sessions but learned a lot and gained confidence. Have already booked for another course!!

Would you like to have a go at ICM if so I could give no better recomendation than Charlotte Bellamy. Her courses are aimed at all levels of experience, they are friendly and very informative. You will even surprise yourself with the images you produce .
ICM is rather like marmite you either love or hate it but please keep an open mind and give it a try you might even surprse yourself
