One of the worst companies I’ve ever…

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Baiting switch. Total scammers.
They send the same email out to everyone no matter what the issue is and address no issue whatsoever
There is no customer service to speak of and they actually are not a US company. They have a door front in Baltimore.

I ordered a Christmas present for my…

I ordered a Christmas present for my friend. I literally ordered it a month it advance. I waited and waited, I emailed and received the same email numerous times. The link I was sent to track was not even a link . For over two weeks it stated we are processing your package then it disappeared and wouldn’t work at all.
I try to buy from small shops when I can because I want the owners to succeed. However this was a nightmare for over 2 months. What I ordered, and what I received feet 2 months was completely different in every way including wrong size. They would not give me a refund.
I fought over this for weeks and weeks and nothing… the same email that made no sense, they just told me they never read my email in the first place.
I used to be all for the small shops but right now I am. This is left really bad taste in my mouth so save yourself the trouble the money and don’t buy anything from this establishment..

Bait and switch at its best!! Don’t do it!!

Actually, not a score of 1 star, more like a minus 10 score. The product I received was NOTHING like what I ordered!! The color was different, the style was different and now I’m left dealing with terrible customer service. Have turned the issue over to my credit card provider, but my question is how can this company continue to do business. Buyer beware. Beautiful on line pictures on FB, it’s nothing like what you will receive.

I ordered this sweater as a Christmas…

I ordered this sweater as a Christmas gift, loving the picture and description online. It arrived a month later. NOT the same look, not even a sweater, but a cotton-knit boxy top with the design printed on rather than incorporated into the weave. Ugly. I’m totally disappointed in the product and won’t even try to contact this company, as I know (now) it’s a sham. I got « took! » Buyer beware!

If I could give less than 1 star...I would!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I waited a long time for the sweater. When it came, the color was strange. The ad showed it to be pink. In person, it is a weird fakey coral color. It didn't look woven, more like it was made in a cast. It isn't nicely fitted like the picture, but boxy and unflattering. When I wrote and told them I want to return it, they sent me an offer to give them another $10 and they would send me one that was a "better quality". So they knew the quality wasn't great. I said no and they now want me to just get store credit and not get my money back. I don't want any of their crappy products.

I wouldn’t even give one star

I wouldn’t even give one star. I bought a sweater in December and it was to be shipped USPS. It was shipped from California by SwiftX at +1 909-268-7835 or cs-swiftx-express. They said they attempted to deliver package, but couldn’t get into building. Never rang bell and left. Called phone not connected. Never respond to email. What a scam. Put in a dispute with American Express.

This company seems very scammy

This company seems very scammy. I placed an order based on the lovely ads that came my way. After I placed the order, I was led to believe that they would allow returns only for unopened merchandise. I am not sure that is true, but the return policy is not very generous. I attempted to cancel the order immediately and was told that they do not allow cancellations after the order is placed. A legitimate company will usually allow cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Long story short, I never received the order. It appears that it was lost or stolen, as the product has been sitting in the same status in a warehouse for almost three weeks. When I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund, they said you can only cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Fair, but when I attempted that in the first place, they told me I couldn't cancel even though the order had not been fulfilled. My questions were addressed in a friendly and polite tone, but they did not answer the questions. They finally agreed to investigate what happened with the order. I went ahead and opened a dispute with my credit card company. I did receive a credit about 24 hours later. No explanation or apology. I am not sure if it was because of the dispute or just a coincidence. In the end the whole experience didn't cost any money, but it shook my confidence in online commerce. I now realize that there were red flags all over the website. Highly unlikely they have been in business for 26 years (online shopping was not nearly as big in 1999 as it is now) or have 150,000+ satisfied customers. I also did not pay attention to the fact that a return would likely have required me to pay to ship the item to China. Please stay away!

This is a scam

This is a scam! I wish I had checked before purchasing. Instead of allowing a return, they said they would send another item , I just had to pay postage! NO!

This "boutique" is a joke...DO NOT buy anything

This "boutique" is a joke...DO NOT buy from this place. There is NOT an easy return policy - you MUST return to CHINA for $60-$70 which comes out of your pocket - such a SCAM - they will not take back clothes to the Baltimore facility - just not right/fair to the consumer....the clothes are NOT well made - FROM CHINA - come on.......I will be reporting this "place" false advertising and misleading to say the least - Will NEVER recommend - to anyone!!
