WORST HAIR SHOP EVER THEY CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 40 YEARS BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUALLY DISGRACEFUL. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM. I ORDERED £500.00 WORTH OF BUNDLES FOR MY GIRLFRIEND AND COMMUNICATED WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING ONLINE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS OK TO PURCHASE ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE TRAVELLED OVER 1 HOUR TO THEIR STORE AND UPON ARRIVAL THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED OUR ONLINE PURCHASE THAT WAS MADE FOR COLLECTION THEIR EXPLANATION WAS THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER DID NOT MATCH WITH THE PURCHASE DESPITE THE FACT WE DID CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES INCLUDING AFTER THE PURCHASE. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAQUE ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SHOP WITH CHEAP ALI EXPRESS HAIR.

This store is amazing they have all the best hair care products in one place. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful, and I’ve used their own brand of hair extensions Stephnel and can honestly say they are the best hair extensions I’ve ever tried! Highly recommend this shop I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
