Charlies is awesome. I know they have had problems, shit what 2A company has not, and now all of the Viriginia BS. They are my go-to for authentic real military rifles and parts. They helped me build my Mk12, and next is maybe an M40.

Only 1 star..because NO stars ....you can't leave any reviews ! From 1 3 '26 to 1 22 '26 , ordered COLT A1 UPPER ( NEW ) NO ORDER RECEIVED . NO REPLY FROM THEM .. NO PHONE ANSWERED . NEVER MET A TIER 1 OP THAT DECIPTFUL ...BESIDES ROB ONEILLS " I KILLED BIN LADEN " STORY ... VERY SAD !

bought an item listed as in stock. got automatically placed on back order. I asked to cancel the order and they responded saying they would refund my money. they didn't refund my money and even told my bank that they wouldn't. not sure why an honest business would do this. its been over 4 weeks and I'm still in a dispute with them. never buy from this seller unless you want them to rob you.

I placed my first ever order with Charlie's on June 17th using credova. It was my first time ever using credova but the application/approval process was quick and easy with my order placed with a stated fulfillment time of 5-15 days from the time of order, not only that, but my order was quickly updated to awaiting payment by June 19th, but then the problem started, it never updated from that point.

I tried every means of communication imaginable to try and get in touch with them, email, phone call, website chat, text message, even Instagram messages, but during that time I only received one brief message on July 1st, that stated my order would be forwarded to a manager for update and nothing after that, complete radio silence, all further replies were completely ignored.

I tried following up by filing a claim with credova and having them reach out and even they got completely ignored by Charlie's Custom Clones.

The worst part about all of it is not being ghosted for 30 days by a business, it's not even that I didn't receive the product I ordered/financed, It's that I have a credova balance that I will never be able to actually use at, let's say a merchant that actually cares about customer service, because by policy I'm only allowed one credova account at a time with the merchant that account is associated with, who also by the way is the only entity that can cancel that account/order, not me or even credova, so because no one can get ahold of these clowns to get them to cancel this thing, I'm literally trapped forever with a credova balance I can never use.

So ya, unless you hate yourself and are some kind of masochist who finds the potential of dealing with what I just described somehow appealing, I wouldn't risk doing business with Charlie's Custom Clones.

My package got returned by an USPS error, which i cannot blame the store for. But when they get the item returned and keep the money and then ignore you.. Well that doesn't seem like honnest behavior. They blame export regulations as the reason, but stealing customer money when they also received back the package, puts the problem entirely with them. Don't get robbed by this dishonest compagny. Rly sad...

Charlies Custom Clones are scammers, they will steal your money and ignore your messages. They have blocked me from their instagram page trying to suppress bad image. They are stating in negative reviews that "they are not scammes" but the fact is that nearly all recent google reviews claim that charlies has stolen their money.
