DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH CHARLIES CUSTOM CLONES
I placed my first ever order with Charlie's on June 17th using credova. It was my first time ever using credova but the application/approval process was quick and easy with my order placed with a stated fulfillment time of 5-15 days from the time of order, not only that, but my order was quickly updated to awaiting payment by June 19th, but then the problem started, it never updated from that point.
I tried every means of communication imaginable to try and get in touch with them, email, phone call, website chat, text message, even Instagram messages, but during that time I only received one brief message on July 1st, that stated my order would be forwarded to a manager for update and nothing after that, complete radio silence, all further replies were completely ignored.
I tried following up by filing a claim with credova and having them reach out and even they got completely ignored by Charlie's Custom Clones.
The worst part about all of it is not being ghosted for 30 days by a business, it's not even that I didn't receive the product I ordered/financed, It's that I have a credova balance that I will never be able to actually use at, let's say a merchant that actually cares about customer service, because by policy I'm only allowed one credova account at a time with the merchant that account is associated with, who also by the way is the only entity that can cancel that account/order, not me or even credova, so because no one can get ahold of these clowns to get them to cancel this thing, I'm literally trapped forever with a credova balance I can never use.
So ya, unless you hate yourself and are some kind of masochist who finds the potential of dealing with what I just described somehow appealing, I wouldn't risk doing business with Charlie's Custom Clones.
