Charlie’s atm’s are only available at certain places and there is a limit on what you can withdraw.
The only good thing about Charlie is that it pays your Social Security early.

Like I said earlier, why can't the money be taken out of Social Security earlier instead of waiting till 5:00 in the evening I would love to have my money early in the morning instead of waiting all day for it.

We want to clarify that we release the money to your account the moment we receive the direct deposit from the Social Security Administration (SSA). We don't hold the funds; they become available immediately upon receipt.
The SSA controls the exact time they send the direct deposits. Sometimes it's early in the morning, and other times it's later in the day. We do not know when they will deposit it.
What we can guarantee is that your deposit will always be available on the scheduled payment date, and it will always be deposited before 5:00 CST.

I feel like my information and Social Security are secure with Charlie. Since there are a lot of fraud cases going on with Social Security, I feel like my information and money are safe. They know who I pay every month, and if they’re not sure, they ask me, and that in itself makes me feel secure. My card was hacked and my phone was on auto pay. You stopped my card before the payment and then locked me out of my account. The call director sent me to the website to which I received no response. This went on for over two weeks and was beyond frustrating
