It’s ok. I Do get my social security payments early, which I really like. But their “Fraud Shield” alerts are really irritating. It seems EVERY transaction gets flagged. Frustrating. Anyway.

I need you to offer longer customer service hours. Also not open on the weekend is a must. This is the reason for my rating of 4 stars.

Charlie’s atm’s are only available at certain places and there is a limit on what you can withdraw.
The only good thing about Charlie is that it pays your Social Security early.

Like I said earlier, why can't the money be taken out of Social Security earlier instead of waiting till 5:00 in the evening I would love to have my money early in the morning instead of waiting all day for it.

I feel secure using Charlie.
I feel like my information and Social Security are secure with Charlie. Since there are a lot of fraud cases going on with Social Security, I feel like my information and money are safe. They know who I pay every month, and if they’re not sure, they ask me, and that in itself makes me feel secure. When I call for help, they’re very courteous and well-informed, so I thank Charlie for all that they do for the people who use them.

My card was hacked and my phone was on auto pay. You stopped my card before the payment and then locked me out of my account. The call director sent me to the website to which I received no response. This went on for over two weeks and was beyond frustrating
