Very good customer service and the driver, Reece, was on time and very helpful. He was pleasant and courteous. Ella also answered our queries very helpfully.

We ordered a fence from Charles and Ivy in May 2026. When received it didn't have all the parts needed. We contacted their helpdesk and after weeks of trying to get through they eventually sent us additional parts. AGAIN they sent us the wrong parts. We are still trying to contact them to get the correct parts and they now don't reply to our emails or phone calls.
Their after sales care is terrible and I would never use again.

James was excellent - friendly and took care of the items. He asked where I wanted them placed - and took care of it

Ordering was easy great service and Anthony delivery driver was very pleasant and delivered at time said it was arriving.

I totally agree with many of the other reviews, if your order all goes as planned and you don’t need to contact customer services everything seems good. If it does not, then good luck!!!

We ordered a fence panel, 2 posts and 2 capping bars. The wrong size capping bars were delivered and not the fence panel pattern and size we ordered.

We had zero reply to our emails, so we had to phone customer services and, just like other earlier reviews, we had to wait almost half an hour to get through both times before speaking to someone who clearly did not know what they were doing and were unable/unwilling to resolve our problem.

In terms of the fence panel we were told that although there is a picture and description on their website 60 wide x 180 height, (the picture even showing a person next to it to demonstrate the height), we were advised that ‘the images are just CGI and, when ordering, we should not have relied upon the picture or description’… I kid you not. If we wanted the fence panel pictured and described on their website then we should ‘cut the panel supplied into 3 equal pieces and slide them in’! We were advised that we could not return the fence panel, despite it being the wrong one, as we had unwrapped it.

In respect of the wrong capping bars delivered we were told that we could return the bars and get our money back, subject to a £50 restocking fee!

We have even written to the managing director asking for an explanation/ assistance (delivered to their registered address) and, have not heard anything back. I guess this is how the company is run from the top down.

Good luck guys and cross your fingers everything is ok with your order and you don’t have to contact customer services.

5* Service from all the ladies at the Middleton Showroom. Thanks to Louise who was able to book me in for delivery and work around my holidays and the delivery driver driver for helping me bring the items into my garden. Fab service all round.

I reached out to customer service to get an update on my delivery. They were very friendly and helpful. Reece, the delivery driver, was also exceptionally courteous and supportive.

Unfortunately for the 3rd time the incorrect screens were delivered and so we refused delivery.
We are waiting for 2 XXL Pebble screens ( we have now been sent 2 lots of 2 XL screens and 2 screens that were bigger than XXL)
We are losing faith in your ability to fulfill our not insubstantial order that we placed in April

Once again a fantastic service and again we could not have asked any more of the delivery service provided by Anthony.

The driver was very polite and helpful, he unloaded the whole delivery and placed where I needed it.

The driver was very courteous, smartly presented and drove with care and attention on the school site.
