Delivery drivers polite and friendly.
Earlier delivery slot than desired. First van (of 2) arrived at 8am but slot given was 06.30 to 09.30.
Confirmation of delivery date was only 3 days before (and then only after chasing for an update) which means a delay before fitting as I couldn’t book fitters. 8 weeks between order/payment and delivery.
Quality product but not cheap.

Great product and service, Olivia was great from my first inquiry to order completion. And Anthony delivered everything without a problem plus helped carrying everything over as well

Chris was very polite prompt and helped place the goods where we needed them.

After such disappointing service from C&Y customer service as they couldn’t understand what piece I needed to be sent (3 wrong deliveries ), Paul spotted straight away the problem and told Customer Service what was the missing piece . Very kind and professional , thank you Paul !

Very good customer service, items were delivered exactly on time. Delivery driver Reece was very good, arrived a bit late but kept us informed what was happening and very courteous, put items exactlywhere we wanted them.
Then going through what we had delivered .

Chris was incredibly helpful and informative.

Chris has been amazing and so helpful with finding fencing slats that I wanted in the warehouse. He even helped to push it to the till and sorted out delivery.

Mark who delivered my order was on time, very professional and courteous taking care to not damage anything.
The order did take a couple of months to arrive so be careful with delivery dates.

Our order was delivered by Chad, who was most courteous and efficient. The items were in good order on arrival.

Delivery service from Paul & Jack the drivers was excellent. Placed the items carefully in our storage area and were very courteous.

Massive thanks to all staff at Charles & Ivy who were professional & polite throughout the whole process! Louise recommended the wall panelling which would be best suited to me and it looks amazing and arrived in perfect condition. I will 100% be returning :)

Order a new fence from Charles & Ivy, wasn't contacted as to why my order was not processing, emailed them which took a while to get a response. Ended up calling the support line and being on hold for a while, once through we were provided with the information and support needed to get the order processed and to sort delivery. The delivery service was great and Reece was exceptional at unloading considering our house it built up from the road and up long steep steps!

This company charges a whopping £30 for delivery but nowhere on their website is it indicated that delivery could take up to 4 weeks.
I was only informed of this delay after I placed the order.
For £30 I would have expected next day delivery.
I was also told that I would receive updates on the progress of the order but I have not heard from them in 2 weeks.
