I have phoned the company many times , my mother of 80 phoned and cancelled the agreement within the 14 day cooling off period . Money was still taken from her account and despite many attempts to get a refund nothing. Promise to get some one to email me nothing .
I was recommended to Ryan by more than one trusted contact and I can see why. Ryan was quick to respond and made a good recommendation on what EV charger to go for based on my personal requirements. I opted for the Wallbox Pulsa Plus which was installed by James.
The install service was excellent and they carry all of the appropriate qualifications (NICEIC etc.) which gave me lots of confidence in the workmanship.
I had one part missing which they were very quick to act on so I'd definitely recommend Chargezone, Wallbox and their installation team.
