To avoid! Don't waste you money and time
I ordered form this website once and will never do it again. I ordered a battery for my HP Pavillon laptop on 16-12-2021, the order number is RV591344395CN and here are all the causes that explain why I put only 1 star:
* When ordering it was written that delivery time is 15 days max, the battery arrived 23 days later.
* The battery doesn’t work! Before testing it, I put it on charge for one hour and then I turned on the laptop (with the charger plugged in) but the battery notification is indicating 0%. I replace the newly received battery with my old one and it started charging immediately. This test assured to me that they sent me a faulty battery. The next day I tested the new battery again: I inserted it in my laptop and left it to charge all night, in the morning I turned on my laptop but it still indicated 0% capacity.
* In the description of the battery on the website, it is written that this is the original battery for my laptop model. The battery I received is certainly not the original because it does not fit easily. A lot of force must be applied to put the battery in and to take it out of the laptop.
* I sent them an email explaining the situation on the same day I received the battery, they replied 5 days later asking me to send them photos of my old battery and their battery. I sent them the photos by email and 15 days later they still have not replied.
* Their website is made in a way to make you believe that they are in France, the battery arrived from China, the person that replied to my mail is in China and is using a private email address not a business one (Zhangmian Yao).
