Wish I would've read these reviews…
Wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered my laptop battery over two weeks ago
Excellent Customer Service.
I ordered a battery for a Dell Laptop about a month ago. The first battery was shipped out to me and the USPS tracking info said it was delivered. I never received the battery and contacted USPS who found further tracking info on their internal system that said the battery was sent back to the sender, and then lost in one of their distribution centers. When I forwarded this info to Andrew Boyd of Chargers-Batteries, he sent me a second battery at no cost to me. I received that battery today (3/24/22). I consider this excellent trustworthy service from an online merchant.
Site is a pretty clever scam
Site is a pretty clever scam. Knowing everybody on earth will shop for chargers for devices. At some point come across their website and purchase a charger . I can only imagine how many people send them money (including me) and get got for it. Big come up for them!

If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. order a charger in Aug 2020 and now it is Dec and have not received it yet. PayPal will not refund my money due to the company said it was sent. Run from this company and PayPal as fast as you can. This company will rip you off.
If I could give these people zero stars…
If I could give these people zero stars I would. I ordered an internal battery for a Dell laptop. They state I'd receive it in 5-10 business days. Took almost 2 weeks. It's coming from Guangdong China. I installed the battery and my laptop won't recognize it let alone allow me to charge it. I receive an error "Your battery no longer operates and needs to be replaced". Really? This is a *new* battery. I contacted PayPal who has done nothing about it except dismiss my claim. It would cost $30-$40 to ship it back so it's a $55 lesson and loss. Don't do business with these people. If you need an internal battery go to the manufacturer and pay what they ask. Trust me. Less stress, less time, less money out of your pocket in the long term. I guarantee you it will be a loss if you buy from these people.
