Booked a slot, the lad said he don't know how to do it. Next available appointment was after 3 weeks, due to delays I had to cancel the appointment, ask for full cancellation of instalation and a refund of £799. Ever since I've not heard from them, they don't pick the phone up, I'm going to take a further legal action. AVOID!!
Sent emails about not receiving receipt guarantee and installation certificate Ev installer did not answer his phone nor phoned back regarding problems with Ev he installed the worst company I have dealt with with

engineer did not know how to fit the unit he said he had never fitted one before, was at the house for 7hrs, left mess and the wiring was left untidy. I went to use the charger later and it did not work. I have tried to email and ring the company and nobody ever answers or replies. DO NOT USE
