Banned? You fool ;) I'd already told you I will shop elsewhere. You state a 48 hour service, it took a week to get to me. And when I'm paying almost £50 on a product I shouldn't be expected to pay extra for a 24 hour delivery! The one week delivery was not a one off. I'd ordered from you previously from a previous address. I thought I'd give you a second chance. Same ridiculous unacceptable slow postage. THAT'S THE TRUTH! To anyone reading this review, judge their attitude for yourself.

Still waiting for my order to arrive
I alway's order Niacin from charge products and it's alway's a great service. Had an issue with royal mail delivering late and charge products wanted to refund me by sending another pack out which was very good of them, I spoke to the guys on
the phone and they was sound. Wasn't their fault. My apologies

I have said this before, we have tested a few brands of NMN and Resveratrol and the performance of the products from Charge consistently out perform the others. I know this can be subjective.

The color of the methylene blue is…
The color of the methylene blue is turquoise, and not the pure blue that it should be. I don’t believe this is pharmaceutical grade MB. The bottle doesn’t state it is either. Therefore I won’t be consuming this product.

Purchased Niacin flush tablets by mistake instead of the powder, charge products were swift in refunding me so I could buy the powder.
The powder is clean and easy to consume.

Sorry, but I feel cheated.
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, READ THEIR RESPONSES TO MY REVIEW AND YOU'LL UNDERSTAND.
I purchased the "Sleepy time" product in a pack of 300 for 20.99. Turns out it's just Magnesium Glycinate, which is also sold on the site in the same quantity pack for £13.99. Not only that but I already have plenty of these in stock, at more than double the strength of these which I purchased for around the same price. I get that prices will vary from other retailers but I didn't need to buy these at all, if it's just Magnesium Glycinate why not just call it that?
UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE:
"Perhaps next time read the description"? I find that rather condescending frankly.

Well perhaps next time you should familiarise yourself with your own products, because you offer 300 x Magnesium Glycinate for £13.99 and you LIST them as Magnesium Glycinate, which is EXACTLY the reason I found your decision to list the item I purchased under a completely different name.
I appreciate that they are a different strength, but to list two different strengths of the same product under two different names is, in my opinion, misleading and doesn't make it any easier for customers to choose.
As I said, I already have plenty of Magnesium Glycinate in stock along with several other products which I have purchased from you, as I have been doing for a couple of years, so had it been immediately obvious that it was more of the same product I would have likely bought something different.
Instead of having a pop at your customers for missing the point perhaps you should consider the point that you might just have a problem and look at addressing it. I run an online retail business too and I fell into the same old trap that other people fall into, when we are busy we don't always read descriptions but if your product had been labelled in the same way as the 300mg version was, for which the name "Magnesium Glycinate" seems to be perfectly acceptable to you, the confusion would not have arisen regardless of whether I had read the description or not. The product was not labelled very well and the comment was not handled very well.

Congratulations on giving every business a lesson on how to lose a customer. I've dealt with businesses for over 50 years and I've never in my life had a more disgraceful, condescending and insulting reply from anybody.
How is Magnesium Glycinate a different product from Magnesium Glycinate? Sure, they're two different strengths but I've never seen any other product listed under two completely different names by the same company, however that's hardly the point here. Anyway your loss, there are many more retailers selling similar products and at better prices and undoubtedly with far better manners and a more conducive attitude towards their customers. Regardless of whether it was a mistake or a misunderstanding, one that you obviously cannot accept, it does not give you the right to insult your customers. I've amended the rating to one star and that's one more than you deserve. You sound like the sort of person who must have the last word so I'll leave it with you, I won't be back again.
6 months after the event the company haven't learned anything and flagged the content for review as "defamatory". Unfortunately it's not defamatory if it's true, hence the reason it's still here. Learn to look after your customers, it's not that hard.

Hi Gary, Let me go through each one of your concerns for you. it clearly says Magnesium Glycinate in the description, and goes into some detail why it works for sleep, Perhaps next time read the description ? . as for pricing not sure where you got 13.99 for 300 for ? we would be losing money , 300 is £22.50. For why not just call it magnesium glycinate, you kind of answered you own question. Most people have no idea what goes inside a sleeping pills, we offer 4 , all with different ingredients and for different sleep purposes. - Magnesium - muscle relaxation and sleep Cycle, L-Theanine for active mind , and Valerian Root, then you have Magnesium & L-Theanine together, you wanted a sleeping pill but didn't order one of these with the ingredient name , now you know what we call them sleeping pills , better marketing . Hope that clears things up for you.

To Reply to this companies Reply to my review. It is not the first time the product has gone missing the time before had the same problem. Said delivered and wasn't. Luckily someone put it back in the post . Written in pen on it in large letters was WRONG ADDRESS NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS. We do not have a theif at my address and that is a serious accusation to make. The fault is with the courier not delivering to the correct address. Sadly this time where ever it went it obviously has not been returned to Royal mail to deliver correctly .
