Ordered and paid for a tree which said would be delivered within 10 days. Got an email a week later to say it would be delivered in three weeks, I contacted to see if could get it any earlier no response for days I then got email to say they had experienced storm damage and would check stock and get back to me, no further response for days so sent more emails and finally called them, was then told they would check and get back to me via telephone no phone call but an email which said they have confirmed the stock has been damaged, awaiting refund via Klarna and three weeks down the line still without my tree. Terrible service I would recommend you order elsewhere if you actually want to receive any trees/plants

Thank you for taking the time to place this review. I am sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received. Delivery turnaround times are approx 10 working days, this particular delivery would have been 12 working days. At this time of year deliveries can take a little longer. Our remaining stock of Rostrata were damaged in the high winds last week. We were hopeful that some of the trees would recover so gave them a few days of TLC but unfortunately this was not the case. We processed the refund as soon as we established the trees were not good enough to send out. We always ensure the stock is thoroughly quality checked before dispatch but I do appreciate we should have sent the update prior to the weekend.

Ordered a silver birch tree on-line but encountered a problem. Special call-out for Elaine who arranged the payment (including very reasonable delivery cost compared to other companies). It was delivered with care extremely quickly and it is a beautiful specimen.

Good Service As Usual
My bamboo plant arrived in good condition. It seemed to arrive sooner than I was expecting. It is pretty enormous, at least ten feet tall. The weight of the whole thing is just about manageable for me. It keeps blowing over, and I have tied it to a fence for the time being.

Perfect! Very pleased once again with the continued excellent customer experience from Charella Gardens. From ordering to receiving delivery, everyone I spoke to was lovely.
I purchased two matching bay laurel trees in Chelsea planters from Charella Gardens in 2018 and the ones I have just had delivered are just as healthy and matched as the original ones were. I could not recommend this company enough.

The service has been prompt and the plants I have received are exactly as they are described on their website (contrary to some previous online orders and suppliers).
