Having left a number of reviews on Chards all saying how excellent they where there is not a lot more to say.
The only issue is the Blackpool office could be more generous with the complimentary sweet
Chards are now my goto no ifs or buts.

I travelled down from livingston(Scotland) to Chards at Blackpool. My appointment was 14:00hrs but I always like to arrive early so I got to Chards at 10:00hrs ( lol). I tried to get an earlier appointment but they were fully booked. The service I received was excellent and we were done in less than 15 minutes. I sold 26 Sovereign's and a 1 oz gold Brit. The money hit my bank account 24 hours later but was told it could be 48 hours.

The videos and advice on the web site is very informative and I received the order on time. I was kept informed of the status throughout the process. The option of selecting a dispatch date was very conversant the coins reached promptly after the date.

The only thing I found tedious was the payment process. There was no option to pay immediately by card or PayPal. I had to wait for an email with their bank details and then do a bank transfer to their account separately.

A competitive price supported by excellent communication at every stage which along with secure delivery made this a pleasant experience.

I bought 2 coins as a new customer, I was made welcome in the Blackpool shop and Derek behind the counter was most helpful and guided me through the purchase letting me closely view the coins. Top job.

Chards gave me a good price for my gold sovereigns. They were very easy to sell to - polite, transparent - they locked in the price there and then. I printed off the sellers form and sent it off with my packaged sovereigns by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The following day Chards acknowledged receipt and confirmed payment would be in my bank within 2 working days. Sure enough payment went in within two working days. I would definitely use their service again.
