Extraordinary service

Extraordinary service!

When I queried delivery date of my order it was addressed even while the company was closed for the festive season. My order was fast tracked and they ensured I received the book on the day I needed it as a birthday gift. These books never disappoint.

Second book I have ordered

Second book I have ordered. Lovely quality.🤩 Only room for improvement would have been shipping updates. Quite a while passed between the confirmation of order email and the out for delivery email. I was beginning to wonder if the order was still coming.

I am thrilled with the custom made book, the end product has exceeded my expectations. From the time of placing my order to the time of receipt, I was impressed with the service. Love the interactive stories and the age appropriate detail inserted, as well as the quality of the book.
