Awful customer service. Avoid
Review of customer care not the product as I haven't received it.
I understand the postman lost my parcel, I understand it shows as delivered, but why treat me as a liar when I clearly explained I haven't received it. I could ordered from other place as it,s a cheap simple toy but you wasted my time when queried by replying that parcel will come just a bit late. My little one was reduced to tears, I missed day work searching for the toy in the city shops. I would let it slide for simple apology. But now I will take it as far as possible. I paid for a product. I haven't received it. I do not care if delivery driver stole it or threw it to the bin. You are the sender it is your responsibility to have your product delivered.
