Overall a very good experience, very responsive, professional and uncomplicated.
I ordered 2 samples, they arrived on time.
The communication was very direct and quick in response.
The only thing was, that I ordered another sample that has not arrived and I didn't know what happened to it. (But I also haven't payed for it yet, so there was not a financial loss about it, except for the money I gave to the hotel, to ship it back, in case it would arrive after my departure, but that is no big deal, since it was within Turkey. It would have just been good to see and get a picture about that type of item.)
