We had no idea about rings originally but when we sat down with Hardy he made the experience a lot less stressful. His expertise shone through and we picked our perfect ring along with a price that was affordable for us. Communication was great and we got the ring back within about 4 weeks and it looked amazing! Would definitely recommend

Awful customer service and bad product. We bought a ring in December, within weeks a stone had fallen out. They sent the ring off for repair, it’s now the end of February and the ring still isn’t ready. To be honest we feel robbed, we spent money on a ring which I haven’t had for months now. Every time we call we’re just told they’ll update us next week but they never do.

I recently commissioned a ruby pendant necklace for my wife which she provided the design for. The Channings team (especially Harry) managed the process seamlessly from end to end. Customer service was excellent. This included producing CAD images of the necklace and giving regular updates on progress of the production. My wife is thrilled!
