Great treatment with Roxanna! After telling her my experience of one painful treatment she listened and took her time and patience to make sure this treatment will be better for me:)

I paid €750 twice, for a laser hair removal package for my bikini area, expecting smooth skin. Instead, I was left with painful, dark burn marks and blisters due to the laser being set far too high. Now, I’m dealing with visible scars and potential permanent pigmentation damage—a complete nightmare.

To make matters worse, Change clinic refuses to take any responsibility. No sorry, no compensations, nothing. I’ve reached out multiple times, sent photos, but they don’t seem to care. Even the owner of this ‘reputable’ establishment won’t respond to my DM’s.

If you care about your skin, safety, and wallet, do yourself a favor and go to a professional clinic that actually stands by their treatments. This place is NOT it.

They make you feel good and not bad about your skin how it looks. All they want is to treat you and make yourself feel good! Also painless and think with you❤️❤️

who ever has white skin and or light hair and is not sure of this treatment will help you and in need of a professional advice, this place is not for you.

The girls who do the laser treatment are lovely. They are very kind and very professional.

The management is a joke and on top of it, they give you advice to just pay as much as possible, which happened to me. I saved up and went for the first intake and explained that I have concerns and not sure if the laser treatment will work. I was told I will be guided trough the full procedure and if something doesn't work they will adjust the treatment. After every treatment I called and asked what to do since its not working, advice was to continue with the full 6 treatments, when the 6th treatment came I called again.

We agreed that I don't shave my arms and come in, the 'manager' checked my arms and said wow indeed it didn't work and said I will come back with a solution. The meantime we finished the last treatment and the 'manager' never came. The front desk gave an advice to schedule another treatment which I should pay out of my own pocket :D
After I made clear how unacceptable this approach is, they send me to another manager, after I told her how inappropriate this is, she mentioned she didn't know about it and offered to look at my whole body again afterwards, for free and give me advice to continue or not :D.

So my conclusion, if you have darker hair and don't need any professional advice you can go there - no problem.

If you need professional advice and some human decency try to avoid. Another advice, if you decide to go start only with one part of your body and see if it works. Do not follow the advice I was told and purchase a full body package.

Very kind ladies, made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They work very neatly and the results are AMAZING! I could already see a difference after my first treatment.

It seems like you are trying to really get on my nerves?!!! I posted one review about my experience on google, only to find out that they did not post it, claiming that I am manipulating their ratings and do not represent a genuine experience. I posted another review saying that they deleted the previous one, and guess what... again my review was not posted!!! Are you serious????!!! I spent over 600 euros on laser treatment and got no frea*ing results. My hair now grows as it used to grow before. I will make sure to tell everyone about your service, my dears. How dare you do this when people spent so much money on your nonsense treatments.
