Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We noticed this is actually your second negative comment, the previous one being in 2024 about the same thing, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective again.

First of all, we don't use any misleading advertising, and all fees on our platform have been fully visible on our website since day one. If you believe there's been something off, we'd love for you to point it out so we can understand better.

We also make sure users are properly informed about any changes to our T&Cs. The people who initially implemented certain fees are no longer with us, and since this year, we have a completely new team and management. We continue to communicate inactivity fees openly, and your concerns will certainly be passed along.

You can also check the accounts that left reviews yourself – the feedback is entirely organic, so the same applies to both positive and negative reviews like yours.

Thank you for once again taking the time to share your feedback after almost a year. Our position on this matter remains unchanged.

All users, inc. yourself, were clearly informed about the inactivity fee policy well before it was introduced and reminded multiple times afterwards. The process has been fully transparent and in line with industry standards. As with any financial institution, terms and pricing may evolve over time, and staying informed about your investments is essential.

Regarding your remark about “copy/paste” responses - while the structure of our communication must remain consistent (since the facts do not change), each case is carefully reviewed and addressed individually, like yours.

We value constructive feedback... however, unfounded accusations do not contribute to improving our service or helping other users. We appreciate you sharing your opinion, even if we respectfully disagree, and wish you all the best in your future investments.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few important points:
• Our customer support team currently has a 92% satisfaction score and there is no backlog. All requests are handled within 24 hours at the latest, with an average response time of around 28 minutes during regular business hours.
• We could not find any unresolved cases under the name "Chris." This suggests that your issue may have already have been resolved, or that our replies may have ended up in your spam folder. Please double-check there.
• While general questions can be answered from any email address, queries related to a specific account must come from the registered email address. This is not about the “toughness” of the question, but about protecting sensitive account information. No responsible company would disclose account-specific data to unverified third-party emails.
• Regarding our Terms & Conditions, please refer to Section 2.2 (General and Wallet): "Users may not allow third parties to access their Account or let them use the Services on their behalf." This is why we only process account-related requests that come from the registered email address.

We sincerely apologise if this requirement was unclear earlier. If you believe your case is still unresolved, please update your review to include the email address registered with us and I'll personally look into it right away.

Thank you for your feedback.

The inactivity fee has been in place since September 2023. Long-term investors have several easy ways to avoid it - for example, by staking. Earning daily staking rewards counts as activity, which not only keeps your account active indefinitely but also provides you with passive income every day (e.g. BTC, ETH, SOL, and many others). This feature is completely free, with no lock-in period, so you can move your funds whenever you wish.

Additionally, a single deposit, buy, or sell transaction within any 90-day period also qualifies as activity.

We did inform our users about this multiple times, but if you feel you weren’t properly notified, please contact us at support@changeinvest.com and we’ll be happy to provide a detailed overview of when and how the communication was sent.
