Bought three bra's from Change this year. The first ones broke after two months of normal use. Thought it was just bad luck. Bought new bra. Happened again. Contacted customer service. Didn't get any service. Three months later, i was really dumb and bought yet another bra from Change. They broke within a month of usage. Decided never to buy any lingerie from them again. Never ever. Every time the bra has gotten broken within a month to three months of using them. The wire comes through the fabric and even if you sew them back in, it'll break again so no use sewing them shut. I've always washed the bra's by hand, never in the washing machine. I used to be a customer for years, there was no quality issues before, ever. Not until 2020 which is so weird. Ah, well, will shop for my lingerie from somewhere else from now on...

I love the brand and only wear their underwear. Sadly i live in greece where they do not ship to. Given the current covid situation its not possible for me to visit denmark this year and i was hoping they would be a little more open to help me out. I asked if it would be possible to extend the return period for a bit so i could ship it to a friend who would then ship it to me. Chances are nothing would be returned and i would of course cover the shipping to and from greece but NO! there was no help at all. Not something i would expect for a brand so "friendly.
Very disappointed both as a long term customer (10+ years) or as a women.

I tried to exchange one of my purchases in a physical store and was denied by the manager. I wrote to change.com and Lily S. responded so quickly!! She offered amazing and fast customer service! She called the manager of a different location to arrange for me to exchange my item. I am incredibly happy with her kind and understanding service!

Literally the worst online shopping experience and customer service I've ever experienced. They allow you to buy items online, take your money, and then send you only half of the order (missing set pieces). Then two weeks later they will refund you for those items that are missing like that is totally normal. They don't communicate anything with you and are totally unapologetic when you try to work out why things are missing. In my opinion it is a total scam. This happened to me twice. The first time I thought it was an accident, now I know better.

I put an order on a bikini for my summer vacation. On the webpage it said the delivery was 7 days or 9 if you chose to pick up in a store. After 8 days I receive an email that my order has been sent. After 11 days I still haven’t received it, so I called the customer service. They could tell me that I have to wait further 14 days to receive my package. Worst service ever!

On April 9th, 2020, I returned items of the value of DKK 1,410 or € 188. On May 27th and well after the announced waiting time of 30 business days, I pushed for a status since the refund was not on my account. I was informed that the items was received, but the refunding could take up to 7 business days before the money was on my account. On June 8th and after the announced waiting time, I pushed for a new status since the refund had not been received. Was told that it was delayed because of technical issues, but I would receive the refund latest after 7 additional business days. Expressing my dissatisfaction about the stalling, I was informed that I would receive the refund within a few business days. On June 20th, in chok, and yet again, I realised that Change did not deliver as promised. On June 22th, Change´s customer service promised - yet again - to return the refund and now within a maximum of 2 business days. Now on June 29th, I have lost any believe that Change will return my € 188. The process has been ridiculous. It is beyond believe and I have never experienced anything like this. I think I have been patient, but I see not other solution than to take the matter to the ombudsmand. So, I can only recommend you NOT to shop at change.com, if you might need a refund!

Really bad web shop.
if you choose delivery in store, it takes up till 10 days....... but this is first informed AFTER the order is placed!!
contacting them for change the delivery is not a option, instead a mail respond of: we cross our fingers that the delivery will take 3 working days, which i normal.
That is a lie - according to the shop employee!! according to them they only receive new/webshop items once a week!!!

2 stjärnor för jag fick mina varor, men skulle göra retur på den första, vilket inte har blivit registrerad. Försöker få kontakt med kundsupport men går helt ärligt SÅDÄR, ofta svarar dem inte eller så kan man få vänta en timme för ett svar på ens fråga. Och nu jagar klarna mig på pengar för en vara jag inte har, då CHANGE har fått tillbaka min vara men inte registrerat min retur.
2 stars because I actually got what I ordered. However, I needed to make a return on my first buy, which has not been registered by CHANGE, even though according to Postnord they've received it. Trying to contact customer support but it's honestly not going that well. Often they won't answer at all or they'll start a conversation with you and take hours between every message. And now KLARNA is chasing me for money on a product I don't have, since CHANGE has received my order but not confirmed my return.

They claim there is a sale, but it is not possible to order anything from their website ("Det har oppstått en feil"). This has happened several times, and for several hours today. So far no response from customer service.

I have placed an order for underwear on sale. I did not hear from them for a week, when I contacted them I was told that there was problem with physical inventory and the ERP system, so they could not deliver. Next day I looked up the same items and now I was able to order again but this time at full price.
