POOR FLOWER DESIGN

Horrible experience today when I went to pick up a custom design that was discussed, in person, 4 days ago. Designer Lance came up with a design that was not the colors, flowers or materials that were agreed to. I did not like it, it was not what I wanted, found it garish looking and unacceptable. I left empty handed.
Owner Alex called to me as I was walking to the door to...HAVE A NICE DAY. I tuned and explained to him he not only ruined my day, but my also event, which he already knew that. Saying that to me was very uncalled for, as this was not a good situation. He is pompous and has a lot to learn about quality customer service.
I had never used this shop previously and never will again.
