I paid $1800 for an extended warranty…

I paid $1800 for an extended warranty 18 months ago. Now I find out that these s.o.b.s are fraudsters. Taking them to court is an exercise in futility. One can get a judgement. So what. Try collecting on that. I also have to pay $1200 for the Acura dealer to do the work needed on my 2018 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid.

I purchased an extended car warranty for my 2018 Ford raptor just to find out that the company was never legit. I was ripped off close to $3k. It's sad that companies like this exist in America and they continue to do take money away from hard working people. Hopefully a lawyer takes the case and we can recover some money from a lawsuit.

FRAUD ALERT

This is a fraudulent company who will take your money and disappear. There is nothing legitimate about this company and I pray that consequences will be served on those behind this scheme that has robbed innocent people who were in search of a legitimate warranty.

SCAM!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Campion Car Warranty . I purchased a warranty from them, paid in full for 4 years, believing it would cover my vehicle for any unforeseen issues. However, when my car recently needed repairs, I tried to contact the company only to discover that they had completely disappeared. Their phone numbers are not answering, their website is not working, and there is no way to reach them.

This company took my money and vanished without providing the services they promised. I feel cheated and frustrated, as I now have to cover the repair costs out of my own pocket. Their disappearance is not just inconvenient; it's unethical and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a warranty from them to stay away. Save your money and go with a reputable company that will actually be there when you need them.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. Do not buy a warranty through them. Do not answer or respond to phone calls or emails and if you get an email response they blame it on being short-staffed. I cancelled our policy and requested a refund and it has been 90 days and still have not received the refund and still not getting a response when contacting them.

Champion, fraudulent car warranty company

I paid for a warranty with Champion last year. I needed to have repairs and tried to contact them by calling 20+ times and got the dial tone after waiting from 2-5 minutes. The reason I was calling was I needed a new engine which my Champion warranty agreement stated this and other repairs would be covered under the plan I chose.

After not having my Jeep on the road for 6 months I took my Jeep to my mechanic for an engine replacement at the cost of $4250.00 with an installation cost of $1946.00 with no reimbursement from , Champion, nothing but a dial tone or response to several emails.

At this juncture,I will be sending the receipts for the engine and installation costs to Champion and the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau if I don't get reimbursed by Champion. I have contacted my attorney who is on hold.

If I don't hear from Champion soon or get reimbursed, I'll be activating communication with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau and simultaneously giving my lawyer the green light to pursue legal action against Champion for my payment for repairs in excess of $6000.00.

My attorney specializes in fraudulent warranty companies. His fees for his handling of this suit will be included in my complaint and related repairs for which I paid!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! IT'S A SCAM

We purchased a car warranty in November of 2023 and the process was super easy. However, now that we need to use the warranty, we can't get hold of anyone to file the claim. They won't answer the phone, won't answer emails and even though we paid almost $5K with a credit card, we can't dispute the charge with the CC company because it's an insurance policy.

Called every number they have they say…

Called every number they have they say your number one waiting and then the phone goes dead called three different numbers once you get the warranty it’s impossible to get a hold of them anymore. If they would just give me a refund, I would be done with them can’t get a hold of them anyways I don’t even know if they’re still in business.
