Horrible, horrible, costly experience

My experience with this company was horrible. I placed an order for over $300. When I saw they were going through an unknown shipper for the delivery, I reached twice to ensure they were using the correct shipping address. I received no reply.

When I saw they were using my billing address' zip code for the delivery of my parcel, I reached out again. I was ignored again.

When I received a statement that my parcel was delivered to my billing address zip code, I reached out again and was ignored again.

I have no idea if they actually shipped my order. I know they took my money and have nothing to show for it.

My recommendation would be to avoid this company unless you enjoy spending money for nothing in return. I should have checked better. Then, I might have noticed that the same email address was given for HR and customer service.
