chamilia Darth Bader and c-3po charm

I purchased a Darth Vader and a c-3po charm on 3rd September 2016 . I am extremely disappointed with it, I have only worn it a few times , never got it wet, really looked after it yet despite this the colour has come off it and it has become tarnished.

I went into my local H Samuel store where I purchased it from with proof of purchase on my bank statement as I didn't have the actual receipt but I'm still waiting for a reply a week later. I am not impressed with the Chamilia customer service.

Really disappointed with the customer care

Really disappointed with the customer care I am receiving from Chamilia.com. I sent a £75 bangle back to them (recorded) and the tracking is showing that it arrived in Frankfurt 2 weeks ago. I emailed to ask them if they had received it yet and they refused to tell me, saying that I just have to wait. I understand that refunds may take 2-3 weeks but I just want to know if they have it back, safe and sound. As I say, they refuse to answer that simple question. Not impressed.

Update - "Our customer service team is in direct contact with you" say Chamilia. No they are not, unless you count sending me a generic email asking for my tracking, which I have replied to 3 times now including my tracking information and still no response from Chamilia.

Camilia charms

I noticed a glass bead and 6 small stones missing from a couple of my charms. I have had these for a number of years so was prepared to pay to get them fixed. I took them to H.Samuel who sent them away and they were returned without an explanation to why they wouldn't repair them. So I asked them why and given a lame excuse. I'm so disappointed as I can't wear them any longer as they look terrible.

Devastated. Money may as well of been flushed

Having received a new charm today and admiring my collection I noticed that 4 of my crystal charms had crystals missing. One of which has 85% missing. They have obviously fallen out. They have never got wet or been misused and always been cared for as the charms are very meaningful to me. Tonight while getting ready for bed I spot a pink crystal on my bedroom floor. I am devastated. I'd understand if these were cheap but my charms cost my husband £35-£65 a piece. 😭😭😭😭

I received a beautiful Camilla charm …

I received a beautiful Camilla charm bracelet from my mum for my birthday it came with a charm and my baby nephew bought me a star to go on it so huge sentimental value, the clasp wasn't great but I didn't complain as I was so in love with it but today it's gone. It's fallen off, my mum has a bracket with 600 pounds worth of charms and never had a problem. Mine is gone and I'm beyond devastated.

Clasp not secure

Received love charm bracelet with 5 charms (£300)as Christmas present. Loved it and very sentimental value. Clasp kept opening and now it's gone. Can't tell it's lost. Could cry.

Missing Stones...

I love my bracelet as it was a birthday present from my sister and baby nephew! However, two of my charms have so far lost stones (one has lost approx 6, the other has lost 1 - which I have now removed from the bracelet as they don't look very nice with the missing stones). This upsets me as I only wear it for special occasions and never in water (shower/washing up etc) as I like to look after it as it means so much to me.

Missing stones

I have had a chamilia bracelet for some years now and every now and then I'll get given a new charm as a gift to add to it. My cousin got me a dangle heart charm for my birthday and today I am saddened to see that two stones have fallen out of the heart. My cousin will feel bad as it was her gift to me. But it seems it's no one's faults except chamilia, going by other reviews I have read. The charm now looks silly and out of place between the other charms on the bracelet.

Poor Rudolph!

Had a Chamilia bracelet with one charm as part of my Christmas gift from my husband, and then received 5 new charms (some of which I chose myself) for my birthday in January.
I love my bracelet, but was really disappointed today, when I noticed that poor Rudolph has already lost the red from his nose! 😞 This won't stop me purchasing more charms, but I will be more careful about what I choose in future

Bracelet and charms all look discoloured

had a message back of chamillia stating not to wear near water in hot tubs etc because it will tarnish my daughter has worn the bracelet twice and because she is disabled she doesnt go in hot tubs or swimming because of the operation she had at the moment swimming not suitable so this cannot be the cause i said so dissapointed it looks really tacky i paid so much money for the bracelet the charms cost 200 without the bracelet on top of this they mention using silver polishing cloth shouldnt have to polish it she has worn it twice so shouldnt look tarnished

Our silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing, but sometimes they need a quick touch-up. To do this, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth. Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization off the beads and bracelets.It is also recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, especially in hot tubs and swimming pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Chamilia product.

Clasp not reliable

I was given a Chamilia bracelet and charms (x3) for my birthday 22/2/17
The clasp is unreliable and keeps opening and falling off my wrist
I have written to Chamilia before and not had any form of communication
from them. The shop where i bought it said return it to them and they will exchange it. Do I trust the quality....I dont know. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

So. rather strange. Since writing above and posting here. Both Chamilia and H Samuel have emailed me
I have been to local shop 14 miles away. Paid to park to have bracelet exchanged. Where assistant told me that her friend had s full bracelet of charms and the weight forces the lock to open.
So I'm pretty confident now ( NOT)
The exchanged Chamilia bracelet now locks and so far has not opened but the chain double lock I have bought doesn't clasp tightly. Oh don't worry said same shop assistant. That's fine. None of them click. They all look half undone. I'm thinking this might not be the best present I've ever had. Too scared to wear it. What a shame. It's so pretty

simply pleased with this company

I had purchased two birthstone charms for each of my children. About a year later, some of the stones came loose or fell out. I contacted the company and the girls on the line were very sweet and informative. I gave my information and they sent me two new charms! Great customer service and great product backing! I now have a third child and won't think twice about purchasing the newest charm from them. I highly recommend this company. :-)

Stones constantly fall out

Horrible return and refund service

I've been a loyal customer and bought a lot of charms from US based co. First time I returned several charms and it's been almost 3 weeks and haven't gotten my refund. It was returned with insured mail which required sugnature from recipient and confirmed it was delivered. I called customer service 5 days ago and it hasn't been process yet and said they're gonna send a message to return's department. Called again and said returned package hasn't been scanned yet and it will take another 2 weeks. They said it is processed in order it has been received, but it's been 3 weeks ago. I don't understand why it's taking this long. If
i haven't called it appears to be I won't ever get refunded. So beware.

Wrong charm, may I add Chamilla that I ordered the correct code for the anchors away charm. You still sent me the silver one !!!!

Why oh why do chamilla have charms with the same name.
3 times I have ordered the white enamel disney anchors away charm. Twice from independent jewellers and my 3rd and last time direct from chamilla. Each time I have been sent the silver one. All returned now and funny enough only one I'm waiting to be refunded from is chamilla itself. Had to ring them , for them to send me a confirmation e-mail to say I will be refunded. No mention of why this white enamel charm is showing up on websites and is not available. An apology would of been nice.

worst customer service

So i ordered online about 3 weeks ago which they took the money twice out of my paypal after calling them for 2 days i got through they refunded me the second payment... its been 3 weeks i have not received my item in the mail i have tried calling the syd office for more then a week sent call back request emails and nothing i spend over $170 on charms and none have arrived! Im so angry and digusted i just want my money back but cant even get though to them!

Very poor stone charms

I had my bracelet on Valentines day 2016 and since have 12 charms. 3 of my jewel charms the stones have fallen out. I bought each one from H Samuels and thought I'd be different to the rest of my family who all have Pandora bracelets and charms. They have never had any problem with stones falling out. Last one I returned to H Samuels the shop assistant said I must be wearing it too much! I never wear it to bed or in the shower but I do wear it every day. I love it but won't be buying any further charms as I'm so disappointed with it.

Poor Quality

Bought my mum a bracelet and 3 charms for Christmas, she wore it for the 2nd time today and it's gone. The clasp must be of really bad quality, she's heart broken that it's gone. We are a working class family and appreciate everything, the money value alone is hard enough for her to take losing, but the sentimental value of the charms being hers, my sisters and my birth stones are a lot worse to deal with.
